三维CAPP在装配行业的深化应用
3D CAPP Deepening of Application in Assembly Industries

【摘要】 工艺设计是连接产品设计与产品制造的桥梁,是制造系统的关键环节,对产品质量和制造成本具有极其重要的影响。工艺设计与管理的数字化既是制造企业“甩图纸”的核心内容之一,也是“甩帐表”的重要组成部分。在国家科技部的推动下,经过“九五”和“十五”期间的努力,我国自主研发的CAPP软件产品在国内市场上占据了领导地位。但传统的CAPP软件沿用的是卡片式的处理方式,绝大部分企业CAPP的应用停留在工艺卡片的编辑、工艺信息的统计汇总、工艺流程和权限的管理与控制方面,随着制造业企业越来越多地采用三维CAD进行产品设计,随之产生了一系列的问题需要解决,如工艺如何和三维CAD进行集成、工艺如何基于三维CAD进行加工工艺设计和装配工艺设计等等,基于三维产品模型工艺规划已经成为企业的迫切需求。尤其以流水线为加工方式的装配型企业,按工位组织生产,车间的自动化程度较高,如何进行工厂的结构化布局、如何进行工艺过程和生产节拍的优化等等,都是企业要迫切解决的问题。目前国外的主要PLM厂商如西门子、PTC、达索等公司已经可以提供数字化制造的工艺解决方案,先进的装配制造企业已经在初步应用三维CAPP,如奇瑞汽车,在装配、焊装工艺采用达索的DELMIA作为他们的数字化制造工艺的解决方案,着重处理车间的数字化仿真和模拟,但国内厂商的CAPP仍然以卡片编辑为主,而更多的企业在应用传统的CAPP,已经渐渐认识到传统的CAPP并不能满足他们的需求,如神龙汽车,已经在逐步探讨三维CAPP在他们企业如何进行应用,而国外三维CAPP昂贵的费用又是一些企业所承担不起的。针对流水线、装配型企业,通过对装配型企业总装工艺的深入了解,对CAPP、MPM、三维技术等相关资料的学习,研究基于三维CAD的三维结构化工艺,主要涉及到三维结构化工艺模型的搭建、三维可视化的处理、车间布局、生产线平衡等关键技术的研究,完成该系统的需求分析和系统实现。所以本课题研究成果的推广应用,对于巩固和提升我国CAPP产品的地位,提高我国制造业企业产品的工艺创新能力、缩短产品研制周期、提高市场应变能力具有重要意义。
【Abstract】 Process design is the connecting bridge of product designing and manufacturing, which is the key link in manufacturing system, impacts a lot on product quality and production cost. Digital manufacturing process design and management is an important component of enterprise "rejection of drawing" one of the core, "rejection of Debt Tables". Driven by the State Ministry of Science and technology, after the efforts during "95" and "15", the autonomous development of CAPP software products occupy a leading position in the domestic market. But the traditional CAPP software card processing mode, the majority of the enterprises CAPP application remain in the process card editing, statistical summary of the information technology, technological process and permission management and control,As more and more enterprises using 3D CAD in product designing, a series of problems that need to be resolved, such as how to integrate the process and 3D CAD integration, how to design marching process and assembly process based on 3D CAD and so on. Process planning based on 3D product model has become the pressing needs of the enterprises. Particularly in assembly enterprises which use manufacturing line the demand is urgently, how to organize production according to the station to increase the degree of automation of the workshop, how to structure layout of the factory, how to beat process and production optimization and so on.Date main PLM foreign companies such as Siemens, PTC, and Dassault can provide digital manufacturing solutions. Among the customers we have contacted, advanced assembly manufacturing enterprises in the preliminary application of 3D CAPP. For example, Chery automobile, Assembly and welding process using Dassault DELMIA in digital manufacturing process design, focused on digital simulation and modeling of treatment plant. Most domestic manufacturers still use the traditional CAPP as card editing tools, but more enterprises have gradually realized the traditionalCAPP cannot meet their needs. Shenlong automobile, have been gradually discussion on the application of 3D CAPP in their enterprises. But most manufacturers could not afford the high cost of foreign 3D CAPP solutions. With the deeps inside of manufacturing line and assembly manufacturer as well as the study of CAPP, MPM,3D technology, we study on 3D structure process based 3D CAD, mainly related to the 3D structure model building and 3D visualization processing, workshop layout, line balancing research on key technoligies, demand analysis and system realization of complete the system.The application of research achievements is of great significance to consolidate and enhance china’s positionof CAPP products, improve the technolo gy of manufacturing enterprise productinnovation ability, shortening the product d evelopment cycle, improve marketingcapability.
