【摘要】 随着全球社会经济的发展,工程项目越来越呈现出新的特点,工程量巨大,工程项目的技术难度不断加大,投融资方式改变,市场竞争激烈等都给工程项目的实施带来很大的风险。市场竞争的加剧,工程施工行业已逐步成为微利行业,管理正从粗放型管理向精细化管理转变,随着利润空间的减小,而项目工程所涉及的不确定因素却不断增加,面临的风险也越来越多,风险所致损失也越来越大,风险成为项目成功与失败的一个重要因素,这促使科研人员和实际管理人员从理论上和实践上重视对工程项目的风险管理。项目风险管理既是一门新兴的管理科学,又是项目管理的一个重要分支,风险管理是建筑工程项目管理不可缺少的重要组成部分。而目前,我国的建筑工程项目风险管理还存在着许多问题,如风险管理意识淡薄,缺乏相应的法律、法规等制度依据;风险管理模式落后,风险管理过程不完整,风险管理以事后控制为主等,所以研究我国建筑工程风险管理具有重要的现实意义。本文从项目管理的理论出发,探讨建设工程项目中的风险识别和风险分析与风险应对的方法,并以XX学校新校区的建设为例,进行实证研究分析,通过实证分析,得出各个风险因素在新校区的风险中的权重,确定了对于新校区的建设项目来说最重要的风险因素,通过分析得出信贷政策的变化对新校区的项目影响最大。此外还分析了应对新校区建设项目风险的策略,最后,分析了跟踪审计对控制项目风险的重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the global social and economic development, the construction projects have shown new features, such as huge quantities, increasing technical difficulties, changing the investment and financing and intense competition in the market, Which has posed a great deal of risks to the implementation of the project. Due to intense competition in market, the construction industry has gradually become low-profit industry. So the management should be refined from the extensive management to the delicacy management. As the profit margins declining, the uncertain factors involved in the projects are increasing, the risk is also becoming more and more, the lost caused by the risk is growing. Then the risk of the project becomes an important factor to determine whether the success or the failure of the project. This has prompted the researchers and the actual managers to pay more attention to the theory and practice of risk management about the projects.The risk management of the project is not only an emerging management science, but also an important branch of project management. The risk management is an indispensable component, which involved in the construction project management. At present, the risk management of the construction project in China still has many problems, such as poor awareness of risk management; lack of appropriate laws, regulations and other systems based; the risk management model backward; incomplete risk management process; the risk management focus on controlling the main post and so on. So the study of risk management of construction projects has been an important practical significance.The article is based on the theory of project management, meanwhile discussing the risk identification, risk analysis and risk response method in the construction progress. And taking the XX campus building program as the researching example to analyze how the risk management as an important role of the construction process,The empirical analysis, the various risk factors of risk in the new campus of the weight determined for the new campus building projects, the most important risk factors is the change in credit policy of the new campus project, and the greatest impact analysis of the response to the new campus construction project risk strategy, finally, the tracking audit control play the important role of project risks.更多还原
