基于ASP.NET的高校OA办公系统的应用研究

【摘要】 近几年来,伴随着计算机信息技术的不断更新发展,办公自动化越来越受到包括高等院校在内的许多行业的青睐。目前,我国高等教育正处于快速发展的黄金时期,高校办学规模不断扩大,这也相应增加了教学、科研及行政事务的管理负荷和管理难度。办公自动化系统的建设,对于高校办公效率的提高,高校管理现代化和决策科学化的实现,具有较大的意义。本文首先介绍了办公自动化系统的产生和发展,以及我国OA系统的现状及其发展趋势,系统开发工具及其相关技术的介绍。分析了OA系统开发过程中两种不同开发平台的优缺点,根据两种平台的优缺点,选择符合单位的实际需求进行开发。其次分析了高校建立办公自动化系统的必要性以及可行性,提出了系统的设计原则和设计目标,并对系统的主要子系统的功能模块设计进行了详细的说明。其中主要介绍了三大模块的功能设计:用户认证模块、通告管理模块以及公文管理模块。同时本文依据当前研究现状,在分析各种数据挖掘模型及算法的基础上,提出并实现了一套完整的、基于Web的、应用于教务决策支持系统中的数据挖掘模型。该模型的特点是以三层结构为基础;通过组件的方式发布每一个功能实体;支持以配置的适配方式实现系统扩展;系统可实现扩展挖掘算法,优化挖掘结果。并且论文对系统体系结构进行了研究重点研究了客户机/服务器模式和浏览器/服务器模式,并对两者的优缺点进行了比较,论述了系统的体系结构设计方案,即:采用Browser/Server(浏览器/服务器)结构,最终用户界面统一为浏览器,应用系统全部在服务器端,是标准的三层结构体系,技术标准完全采用国际互联网的标准。论文还介绍了系统的安全设计方案、系统的实现和测试情况。最后对本文所做的工作进行了总结,并且分析了系统存在的不足,对办公自动化系统的发展进行了展望。

【Abstract】 In recent years, along with the unceasing development of information technology, office automation has received increasing attention from all the walks of life, including colleges and universities. Presently, the higher education in our country is undergoing a golden time of fast development, with the scale of institutions of higher learning expanding constantly. While on the other hand, the management burden and difficulty of teaching, scientific research and administrative affairs are growing correspondingly. Therefore, to set up an office automation system, would be of great significance for each college and university, with regard to improving their efficiency, and realizing managing modernization and policy-making’s scarification.The present thesis first reviews the production and the development of the OA system and analyzes the current situations and the developing trend of tell system in China. then it introduces the development tools along with its correlative technology. By analyzing and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of two different development platforms of OA system, it points out that universities should choose the right platform according to their practical needs.In the second part, the thesis first conducts a need analysis of OA system in University and the feasibility of the system. It puts forward the design principles and goals of the OA system and elaborates on the design of function modules of its major subsystems. The present thesis mainly studies the functional design of there major modules:user authentication module, announcement management module and official document management module. Data mining and knowledge discovery in databases is drawing knowledge from the database, data warehouse or other database application.Data mining also popularly referred to as knowledge discovery in database(KDD);is the automated or convenient extraction of patters representing knowledge implicitly stored in large database, data warehouses, and other missive information repositories,it is one of the international advanced directions in the field of database and information decision, and association of rules mining is one of key of data mining.Besides, it also gives an detailed account of Client/Server mode and Browser/ Server modes and makes a comparison of their advantages and disadvantages. It has proposed the design scheme of the system structure,,that is a to adopt the Browser/ Server mode. It is a standard there-layered structure system with the end users’ interfaces served as browsers and all the application systems on the servers, whose technical standard totally adopts standard of internet.In addition, the thesis introduces the scheme of security design, and the realization and testing of the system.Finally, the paper gives a summary of what has been done, analyses the shortcomings of the system and looks forward to the future of Office Automation system.
