【摘要】 中国共产党自成立之日起,就特别重视理论学习和自身建设。纵观党成立90年的历史,党无时无刻不在加强理论学习。在党的每个重大历史时刻和重要历史问题上,都能够看到理论带来的力量。所以,中国共产党的理论学习是不容忽视的历史课题。新时期,新形势下,党的理论学习的任务仍然重要而艰巨。特别是在全面建设小康社会的今天,随着学习型社会以及学习型政党的相继提出,党更是把加强理论学习放在首要位置。文章主要通过对党的理论学习概念、意义和认识过程的重温,重新认识十六大以来党的理论学习的重要性,进一步深入研究党对理论学习的认识和实践过程,从中得出对理论学习认识的启示。文章主要从四个方面对党的理论学习进行阐述：首先,对理论学习的概念、理论学习的意义以及中国共产党对理论学习的认识过程这三方面内容进行描述和概括。其次,主要通过党对理论学习重要性的再认识、中国共产党的历史方位和理论学习的关系来分析十六大以来党对理论学习的认识。再次,结合十六大以来理论学习的实践,主要从学习贯彻十六大精神和“三个代表”重要思想,十六大以来党提出的一系列重大战略思想的学习和教育,以及推进马克思主义理论的研究和建设这几方面的实践进行概述。最后,进一步深入研究党对理论学习认识的发展,试着从理论启示和制度启示两方面来进行论述,共有四点内容：1,理论学习要与党和国家的工作大局相结合；2,理论学习要注重加强基础建设；3,理论学习要规范化与多样化；4,理论学习要制度完善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Communist Party of China since the date of the establishment, the party pays particular attention to theoretical study and self-construction.Throughout the party set up 90 years of history, the party strengthens theoretical study all the time. Each major party and an important historical moment the question of history, we can see to bring the power of theory. Therefore, the Chinese Communist Party’s theoretical study is the subject of history cannot be ignored.New era, new situation, the party’s theoretical study is still important and arduous task. Especially in building a moderately prosperous society of today, with the learning society and learning-based political parties have put forward, the party has even added emphasis on theoretical study on the most important position. In this paper, the theory of learning through the concept of the party, meaning and understanding of the process of review, the idea of the party since the Sixteenth Congress the importance of theoretical study, further study of the party on the understanding of theoretical study and practice, derived from the study of theory Problem in China.This article from the four issues of the Party’s theoretical study explained:First, I tried to describe and summary the concept of theoretical study, the meaning of theoretical study and theoretical study of the Chinese Communist Party three aspects of cognitive processes. Secondly, I tried to study the importance of the party’s theory of recognition, the relationship of the Chinese Communist Party’s historical position and the theory to analyze the understanding of the Party’s theoretical study since the Sixteenth Congress. Again, Since the Sixteenth Congress of Theoretical Study with the practice, I tried to generalize mainly from studying the spirit of the Sixteenth Party Congress and the "Three Represents ", since the Sixteenth Congress of the party a series of major strategic thoughts put forward by learning and education, and promoting the Marxist theory and the construction of these areas of research and an overview of the practice. Finally, I tried to further research the understanding of the party on the development of the theoretical study, and tried this article from the theoretical system of enlightenment and inspiration to be discussed in two, four points: 1. theoretical study with the overall work of the party and the state combined; 2. theoretical study should focus on strengthening infrastructure; 3. theoretical study formal specification and diversification; 4. theory of learning systems are maturing.更多还原
