【摘要】 我国档案学诞生于20世纪30年代。从1930到1949年是我国档案学发展的初期。建国后我国档案学研究进入了一个崭新的发展时期,研究范围则从以往对业务活动的经验总结逐步过渡到档案学理论问题的研究。改革开放之后至90年代末这二十多年是现代中国档案学恢复与繁荣的时期,其间我国档案学界所取得的巨大成就是历史上其他任何一个时期所无法企及的。20世纪80-90年代末,随着社会政治环境和学术环境的不断改善,国家档案事业的恢复和发展,档案学技术的日新月异,历代档案学研究的深厚基础,档案教育的普遍开办,欧美等西方档案学理论的交汇,档案学经历着空前的超越和创新,从恢复到发展并走向繁荣。基于以上因素,我们看到,在进入21世纪后,我国档案学已经进入了新的转型时期。随着社会的进步,我国政治、经济、文化的不断发展,各种新技术、新理论的不断更新,我国档案学研究又进入了一个新的发展时期。可以说21世纪是信息化的时代,是网络化的时代、是电子文件管理的时代,因此有必要对这个新型发展时期档案学研究热点问题加以详细分析,总结出2000-2010年十年来中国档案学研究热点的具体内容,研究特点及在发展中存在的问题,通过这些研究对我国档案学研究热点进行一些理性的思考,期望能对我国未来档案学的研究提供一定的借鉴经验。70余年档案学发展的历程充分证明,正是档案学理论的不断创新,档案学才会从萌芽走向产生,从幼小走向壮大,从低级走向高级,从稚嫩走向成熟,不断地产生飞跃,而今已站立于社会科学之林。随着档案事业的发展,新的研究课题也将不断提出,要求档案学给予科学解释和回答,只有从档案工作实践中选择研究课题,才能使档案学研究保持旺盛的生命力。本文旨在客观介绍21世纪这十年间中国档案学研究的一些热点及其主要分歧,通过对这段时期中国档案学研究热点的分析,总结出中国档案学研究在这段时期的特点及发展趋势,同时在看到我国档案学研究取得可喜成绩的同时,也应注意到我国档案学研究中存在的问题,并分析这些问题存在的原因及解决对策,为读者研究这些问题时提供一些信息和思路。期待我国档案学研究能够朝着更加健康的方向发展。第一部分笔者以档案学通讯、档案学研究、中国档案三类期刊为依托,通过一定的数据分析,以中国期刊网为数据来源,运用定性分析与定量分析相结合的方法,通过具有重大学术影响的论文分析、特定关键词分析及核心作者研究方向分析总结出我国档案学研究的热点。第二部分笔者结合第一部分的分析成果,将我国档案学研究热点分为基础理论研究和应用理论研究,并对这些理论中的热点进行细致的分析,比较全面的介绍了2000-2010年十年间我国档案学的研究热点。第三部分在以上热点研究的基础上分析和探讨在这段时期我国档案学研究热点的特点。从而总结出我国档案学研究的发展规律及在发展中存在的问题,可以为以后我国档案学者在档案实践工作中提出参考意见,指引我国档案工作朝着更加深入、健康、成熟的方向发展,建设有中国特色的档案学研究。第四部分通过上述对我国档案学理论研究各大热点的透视,指出我国档案学理论研究在取得可喜的成绩的同时,必须充分认识到档案研究工作中存在的问题及其成因,了解到在哪些方面还存在较大分歧与问题。为了深化档案学理论研究,我们还需要对存在的问题进行分析,以找出今后档案学理论研究的生长点,引导档案研究工作朝着健康的方向发展。具体包括档案学研究热点中存在的问题,对档案学研究工作的理性思考和我国档案学未来走向问题的研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Archival Science in China 30 years was born in the 20th century. From 1930 to1949 is the initial development of archives.
