【摘要】 价值观是关于价值和价值关系一般的、根本的观点,在人的成长过程中起着十分重要的作用。青年是祖国的未来和希望,他们价值观的形成与变化直接关系到国家的前途和命运。在新的社会环境下,社会主义市场经济的负面影响、西方价值观的渗透与影响、优秀传统教育的缺失、社会转型期社会保障制度的欠缺等都导致了“奴”现象的产生。“奴”现象是当代青年价值观的反映。因此,如何透视“奴”现象来分析当代青年的价值观,帮助当代青年树立正确的价值观是一个必须予以回应的理论课题。本文中“奴”现象产生的原因与个人、社会的关系是密不可分的,在很大程度上反映了一定的社会心理。随着改革开放和社会转型,社会现实对当代青年产生了重大影响,反映在他们的价值观上,越来越多的青年人接受并形成了具有时代特征、进步向上的价值观念。但与此同时,由于市场经济的影响,社会上出现了较为严重的“奴”现象,在一定程度上使当代青年价值观念产生紊乱,例如:成就观中的功利主义、择业观中的极端个人主义、消费观中的享乐主义、婚恋观中的消费主义都是比较突出的问题,这些问题对广大青年树立正确的价值观容易产生误导。因此,减少“奴”现象,帮助当代青年树立正确的价值观,可以从以下几个方面做起:一是社会加强成就观的引导,二是高校加强人生目的教育,三是当代青年要自觉树立正确的价值观。本文从社会现象中透视当代青年价值观的形成与变化,进一步丰富了当代青年价值观理论和当代青年价值观教育理论,期望能够对帮助当代青年形成科学的价值观,建筑当代青年价值观模式提供一些借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Values is the common and fundamental opinion about value and value relation. It plays a leading role in people’s growth and development. The youth will be the future and the hope of our motherland, their values’formation and change have the direct bearing on the country’s future and destiny. In the new social environment, the socialist market economy’s negative influence, the west values seepage and the influence, absence of education in the fine tradition and the lack of social security system in the social transformation all lead to a“slave”phenomenon.“Slave”phenomenon is a reflection of the values of contemporary youth. Therefore, how to analyze the values of contemporary youth by perspective“slaves”phenomenon, and how to help the youth to establish the correct values is a theoretical that must be responded.In this paper, the reasons of“slave”phenomenon and personal, social relationships are inseparable, it largely reflects a certain social psychology. With the opening up and the reform and social transformation, social reality produced significant influence on contemporary youth’s values, more and more young people accept and formed positive values which has the distinguishing features of the times. However, because of the influence of social market economy, more serious“slave”phenomenon appeared in the society at the same time. Which, in some degree, disorder the value of the contemporary youth, such as: utilitarianism of achievement view, the ultra-individualism of the concept of selecting jobs, the hedonism of consumption and the consumerism of marriage and love. All of these are quite prominent problems. These problems easily mislead the young to set up their correct values. Therefore, to reduce“slave”phenomenon and help them set up the correct values can be started from the following several aspects: Firstly, the community should strengthen the directions of the sense of achievement. Secondly, Colleges and Universities should strengthen students’outlook on life. Thirdly, modern youth should cultivate positive values consciously.From the social phenomenon perspective contemporary youth values’formation and the changes, this present paper has further enriched the contemporary youth values theory and the contemporary youth values education theory.
