【摘要】 随着国内电信运营竞争格局的形成,电信运营商需要更快、更好地满足市场和客户需求。随着客户需求的多样化,如何充分管理和利用网络资源,降低网络运营成本,更快更好提供产品是电信运营商面临的重要课题。本文结合河北移动综合网络资源管理项目建设,分析了综合网络资源管理系统的系统架构,探讨利用SID建模思想和面向对象技术建立网络资源管理模型以及如何实现网络资源的有效价值。论文第一章对综合网络资源管理系统建设概况进行介绍；第二章从综合网络资源管理系统建设架构、建模技术层面进行剖析；第三章结合实际应用场景探讨网络综合资源管理系统的应用；第四章提供了综合网络资源管理系统的应用效益分析；第五章对综合网络资源管理系统建设的原则、关键点及远期发展进行了论述。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the domestic telecom competition throughout the telecommunications operators need to be faster and better meet market and customer needs. With the diversification of customer needs, how to manage and use network resources, reduce network operating costs, provide faster and better telecom operators facing products is an important issue. In this paper, Hebei Mobile integrated network resource management projects, analysis of the integrated network resource management system, system architecture, explore the use of SID modeling object-oriented technology to build ideas and network resource management model and how to achieve the effective value of network resources. The first chapter of the thesis integrated overview of the network resource management system construction are introduced, the second chapter from the construction of an integrated network resource management system architecture, modeling techniques to analyze the level of the third chapter with the actual scenarios of network integrated resource management system applications, the fourth chapter provides an integrated network resource management system application-benefit analysis, the fifth chapter of the integrated network resource management system construction principles, critical and long-term outlook.更多还原
