【摘要】 目前,正值移动通信发展的高峰期,网络容量不断扩大,网络的变动日趋频繁,对网络维护的要求也越来越高。网络通知音作为经常变动的网络资源一旦出现问题,不但给通话质量带来隐患,也可能引发各种类型的紧急故障,影响到用户的使用和公司的收入。如何实现对全网通知音质量的快速评估,以及如何提高维护人员处理通知音故障的效率,成为了现阶段亟需解决的问题。在日常维护工作中,常需要对交换局的通知音进行监听测试,以此评估通知音的性能和传输质量。通过人工输入指令进行监听,效率低并且有主观性,越来越无法满足中继电路质量评估的工作需求。在国内外都无比较好的通知音质量自动评估手段。PESQ是目前业界应用最广泛,并且被一直认为是最准确可靠的衡量语音质量方法,通过PESQ衡量的语音质量结果的输出值是一个在[-0.5-4.5]之间的得分,得分越高说明语音质量越好。本人作为项目工程师,在某移动通信公司内组织若干技术人员针对爱立信核心网交换机,设计并建设了一套通知音自动核查系统,将成熟的PESQ技术应用到通知音检测中,大大减轻维护工作量,提高了工作效率。更多还原
