【摘要】 随着中国城市化进程的推进,倡导资源节约和环境友好的“两型社会”也在大踏步的进行。研究两型社会理念下的滨水防洪区生态设计对城市滨水形象的确立、整条湘江滨水防洪区的建设开发具有一定的导向作用；其生态设计对河西先导区的空间整合、景观塑造、以及整体环境质量的提升也具有极其重要而特殊的作用。本文从两型社会的理念和内涵开始,在考虑滨水区防洪的首要要求上,重点研究防洪与生态设计的问题,从麦克哈格的“设计结合自然”理论着手,得出滨水防洪区的设计原则和具体的策略,总结出滨水河道生态堤岸的设计方法和滨水区资源节约的应用技术。取得的主要结果如下：1、两型社会理论内涵的总结与应用：提出既具有共性又有个性的滨水防洪区生态设计理念,共性是生态设计贯穿在城市设计的各个方面,个性是滨水防洪区是生态设计的敏感地带,生态堤岸是实现环境友好、资源节约很好的设计途径。2、引入“设计结合自然”思想：根据滨水区形成理论中三种自然过程的原理,通过河道湿地、生态栖息地的重建来恢复河道原有的水系生态空间,组成完整的城市生态廊道,进一步引导出滨水防洪区生态设计的方法和模式：河床生态化、堤岸生态化、材料生态化、种植生态化。3、资源节约理论的应用与设计：根据大河西先导区潇湘南大道实际工程项目,分别从种植节水、能源低碳、建筑节能、道路节地、工程节土、养护节力等方面进行了具体的论证和应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 With China’s urbanization advancement, advocating resource conservation and environment friendly "two type society", the two type society under the principle of the flood control area of waterfront ecological design on the urban waterfront image to the establishment of the article, the xiangjiang river flood control area waterfront construction development has certain guidance; The ecological design forerunner in hexi area space, landscape shape, and the integration of the ascension of the whole environment quality also has very important and special function. This paper, from the two type of social concept and connotation began, on the waterfront of flood control, the research on the first requirements of flood control and ecological design, from the time of the case design with nature "theory" to draw the waterfront flood control design principles and concrete strategies, this paper summarizes the waterfront river ecological its design method and the application technique of saving resources waterfront.
