金融产业集聚的网络研究

【摘要】 金融服务业的发展有利于提高经济效率,促进经济发展,提高地区竞争力,金融产业集聚已经成为现代金融服务业发展的主要模式。随着我国资本市场的完善和经济的发展,各地为实现经济发展方式转变、产业结构升级,鼓励第三产业,尤其是金融服务业的发展,因此研究金融产业集聚的内部结构与运作方式,对我国经济转型具有重要意义。本文结合产业集聚理论、产业网络理论、金融功能理论和动态能力理论,分析金融产业集聚网络的网络环境、网络结构,并结合实证研究,验证网络环境、网络结构对金融产业集聚的影响,通过分析金融产业集聚网络的特征,提出了金融产业网络的四种类型,并结合我国金融中心发展现状详细分析我国金融产业集聚未来发展的路径,最后在分析的基础上,提出我国发展金融产业网络的政策建议。本文的创新点在于结合产业集聚理论、产业网络理论、金融功能理论和动态竞争能力理论,研究金融产业集聚,并从特征分析的角度,提出金融产业网络的四种类型和我国的发展路径。本文的结构为第一章介绍研究目的、文献综述与文章框架,第二章从网络环境、网络结构、实证分析三个方面探究金融产业集聚的网络,第三章结合分析金融产业网络的特征,包括形成特征、运行特征和行为特征,第四章在第三章特征分析的基础上,结合实例提出了金融网络发展的四种模式,并提出我国发展金融产业网络的路径,第五章在上述分析的基础上提出发展金融产业集聚的政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development of financial industry will improve efficiency and competitiveness of economy entity. Financial industry cluster has been the most important organization structure of modern service industry. As the development of financial market of China, many cities of China want to be financial centre. So it is meaningful to do research of financial cluster and financial industry network.This paper combines industry cluster theory, industry network theory, financial function theory, dynamic capability theory and empirical data to analyze the influence of financial network environment and network structure. This paper establish four types of financial industry network through analyzing the feature of financial industry cluster and propose the development path of China’s financial industry cluster on the basis of local government’s plan.The innovation of this paper is doing research of financial industry cluster from a new prospective and establishing a new four type model to analyze China’s financial cluster.The whole thesis is mainly divided into five parts, in the first part it introduces the purpose, literature review and structure of the paper; in the second part it analyzes financial industry cluster network from network environment, network structure and empirical research; in the third part it introduces the features of financial industry network, including organization feature, running feature and management feature; in the fourth part it establishes four type model on the basis of feature analysis and descript the development path of China’s financial industry; in the fifth part it gives some suggestions to promote the development of China’s financial cluster.更多还原
