《银行周报》研究（1925-1937）

【摘要】 《银行周报》是1915年春,中国、交通等七家银行为加速我国银行业的发展,传播金融知识,共同创办。1918年,上海银行公会正式成立,《银行周报》成了该会主办的刊物,由所属银行学会具体编印,中国银行上海分行副经理张嘉璈为最初主事者,编辑部设在中国银行上海分行之内。周报社历任经理兼总编辑都是在业界颇有声望之人：徐沧水、沈籁清、戴蔼庐、李权时、朱斯煌等,主要撰稿人有姚仲拔、徐裕荪、朱羲农、冯小明、阮静如等。《银行周报》至1950年3月份停刊,但凡财政、金融、商情、货币、汇兑、银行、证券、贸易、会计、统计等方面重要消息,《银行周报》均悉数登载。在近三十年时间里,每周发行一期,期间从未有任何间断,统计共出34卷1635期,其发行时间之长和发行期数之多,均创下了我国金融专业期刊之最。《银行周报》创刊之时,正值国内银行业快速发展阶段。周报的出版发行,恰好为当时诞生时间不长、缺乏经营和管理经验的上海华资银行逐步走向成熟,提供了理论指导,对上海金融界适应市场需求开拓新业务,乃至全国金融行业的良性发展,都起到了不可忽视的推动作用。受其影响,北京《银行月刊》、上海《钱业月报》于1921年创办,汉口《银行杂志》于1923年创立。从这个意义上讲,《银行周报》的创刊发行又对中国近现代金融类期刊的发展起到了很大的示范影响作用。本文主要从《银行周报》内部运行组织架构、制度机制、经济情况、编辑发行、历史价值等方面展开论述,通过对《银行周报》的系统分析,做全面的个案研究,在对近现代报刊运营方式做一了解的同时,考察其何以成为中国近现代金融史上举足轻重的重要报刊。更多还原

【Abstract】 Bank Weekly was co-founded by Bank of China, Bank of Communications and other five banks in the spring of 1915, aiming to accelerate development of bank industry and disseminate financial knowledge in China. In 1918, the Shanghai Association of Banks was established formally and Bank Weekly was the publication in this association and published by its affiliated institution of bank. Zhang Jiaao, the assistant manager of Shanghai municipal branch of Bank of China, was the initial director of this paper and the editorial department was located in the Shanghai Branch. The successive managers and general editors were all prestigious persons in the bank industry, such as Xu Cangshui, Shen Laiqing, Dai Ailu, Li Quanshi and Zhu Sihuang, the main contributors included Yao Chungba, Xu Yu-sun, Zhu Xinong, Feng Xiaoming, Ngu Yingru, to name but a few.Bank Weekly had been publishing until March,1950 that covered every important information in the field of fiscal, finance, trade, currency, foreign exchange, banking, securities, trading, accounting and statistics. Nearly three decades witnessed its publication in every week without interruption, a total of 34 volumes 1635 issues. The publication time and issue numbers were all on the top of the China’s financial professional journals of its kind.When Bank Weekly began its publication, domestic banking was experiencing rapid advancement. Its publishing provided theoretical guidance for emerging Shanghai Chinese-funded banks that were lack of sufficient operation and management to go into maturation and played an indispensable role in opening up new business in Shanghai financial circle based on market demand, even in achieving sound development in financial industry in the country as a whole. Under the influence of Bank Weekly, Bank Monthly of Beijing and Qian Ye Monthly of Shanghai were founded in 1921 while Bank Magazine of Hankou in 1923. In this sense, Bank Weekly played a positive and exemplary role in the development of modern Chinese financial periodicals.This article mainly expounds from the aspect of internal running organization, system and mechanisms, economic situation, editing and publishing, and historical values of Bank Weekly and carrries out a comprehensive case research with a systematic analysis of Bank Weekly to study modern newspaper operation and to explore the reasons why Bank Weekly was of significance in financial history of modern China.更多还原
