基于Wiki的高校师生知识共享平台的研究

【摘要】 随着信息技术、网络技术、通信技术的迅猛发展,信息化使人类以更快更便捷的方式获得并传递人类创造的一切文明成果,知识对社会发展的推动作用越来越受到重视。近年来,各种形式的知识在社会活动中正发挥越来越关键的作用,知识已成为决定国家、产业和企业竞争力的重要因素。21世纪社会已全面进入知识经济时代,传统的知识结构已经转化为数字化的信息,其研究方式和传播方式也发生了巨大的改变。由于知识的这种转化,使知识的检索、获得、操作、组织、创造、价值均发现了改变。为适应社会发展的要求,知识管理水平已经成为组织增强其核心竞争力的重要因素。作为学习型组织的高等院校,其知识管理水平也日益受到重视。本文就是在这样的背景下展开了组织知识管理平台的研究。随着Web2.0技术的兴起,Web的使用转向为以交互性和未来的社会性网络为导向,和传统网站相比,Web 2.0的网站更多表现为依赖用户的门户网站。它的特点是鼓励知识拥有者和使用者通过分享,让可供分享的资源变得更丰盛；相反的,过去的各种网上分享方式则显得支离破碎。如何利用Web2.0技术实现高校知识共享是本文的研究重点。论文首先从高校知识共享研究现状入手,提出高校知识共享的迫切性和重要性；根据对目前知识共享平台的信息技术的对比分析,探讨适合高校知识共享的技术实现,以Wiki为基本技术架构,建设了高校的知识共享平台；最后根据知识共享平台的实际应用,提出了个人的贡献度模型,并根据专家访谈及调研分析等方式给出了组织知识共享的有效的激励机制。本文得到国家自然科学基金资助项目“集团化企业中基于社会网络分析的知识资源整合研究”(项目批准号：70871027)的资助。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the rapid development of modern information, network and communication technologies, informatization has enabled people with much quicker and more convenient measures to acquire and pass all the civilized achievements created by human. The impelling influence knowledge acts on social development has been calling more and more attentions.Recently, all forms of knowledge have been playing a more and more critical role in social activities. Knowledge has become one of the most important factors in determining the competitive powers of countries, industries and enterprises.The society has fully entered an era of knowledge economy during the first decade of the 21st century; traditional knowledge structure has transformed into digitized information, the research and transmission patterns of which have greatly changed, too. This conversion has changed many other aspects of knowledge, such as retrieval, acquisition, operation, organization, creation and value. To satisfy the requirement of social development, the management level of knowledge has become a major factor in improving core competitiveness of organizations.Universities and colleges, as learning organizations, the knowledge management level of which has also been placed more emphasis on. This article is launching researches of organizational knowledge management platform under such circumstances.As the upsurge of Web 2.0 technology, the use of Web has become interaction and future social network oriented. Websites base on Web 2.0 are more likely to be portals depending on users, compare to traditional websites. This kind of websites is to encourage knowledge owners and users to share more, which makes the sharable resources sumptuous; on the contrary, various past sharing modes seem to be fragmented.How to implement knowledge sharing at universities with Web 2.0 technology is the focal research point of this thesis. The thesis starts with the current research situation of knowledge sharing at universities, raises the urgency and importance of knowledge sharing at universities; then comparatively analyzes the information technology of present knowledge sharing platforms, discusses appropriate technology implementation of knowledge sharing at universities, takes Wiki as basic technical framework, constructs a knowledge sharing platform of universities; finally puts forward personal contribution degree model based on application of the knowledge sharing platform, and provides effective excitation mechanism of organizational knowledge sharing according to expert interviews and surveys.更多还原
