采用GC-MS/O分析精油和烟草中致香物质

Identification of Aroma Active Compounds in Essential Oils and Tobacco Leaves Using Gase Chromatography-Mass Spectremetry/Olfactometry (GC-MS/O)

【摘要】 为了促进烟草降焦,为烟草加香提一些致香物质的基础信息,针对烟用精油和烟叶中致香物质分析,本文建立了以气相色谱-质谱/嗅觉测量法(GasChromatography-Mass Spectrometry/Olfactometry, GC-MS/O)联用对烟叶中致香物质进行快速、准确鉴定的研究方法。为了进一步了解烟草中的致香物质,采用GC-MS/O对烟叶中的致香物质进行了分析与研究。通过对8种烟用精油和津巴布韦烟叶的分析,建立了基本的试验方法,掌握常见致香物质的基本信息。嗅辨员在基本物质的研究过程中熟悉并了解烟草中常见的致香物质及香气特征。以同时蒸馏萃取法(Simultaneous distillation and extraction)处理烟叶,萃取物以GC-MS/O分析,通过GC-MS对其挥发物质进行定性,通过GC-O强度法与稀释法对其香气进行定性和定量。检测分析结果表明:依兰油的关键致香物质是1-甲氧基-4-甲基苯,薰衣草油和桉叶油的关键致香物质是桉叶脑,香叶油的关键致香物质是四氢-4-甲基-2-(2-甲基-1-丙烯基)-2H-吡喃,芫荽油的关键致香物质是芳樟醇,津巴布韦烟叶中的关键致香物质是巨豆三烯酮B和巨豆三烯酮C,橙油、椒样薄荷油、缬草油的关键致香物质则都是未知物质。GC-MS/O可以有效的筛选出烟草中的致香物质。该方法适用于其他气味体系的分析与研究。

【Abstract】 In order to decrease the content of nicotine in tobacco and strengthen our technique of aroma addition, a method was established for aroma compounds of tobacco by using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry/olfactometry (GC-MS/O) in this paper. In order to further understand the aroma substances in tobacco, we analysed tobacco by GC-MS/O to screen aroma compounds. Based on the analysis of eright oils used as flavor for tobacco and Zimbabwe tobacco, the basic test method was established, and essential information of the aroma compounds was gain. The assessors familiar with the basic aroma compounds and learned about aroma characters though the research process. Simultaneous distillation and extraction was used to handling tobacco powder, and then analysed by GC-MS/O, GC-MS qualitative the volatile material while GC-O qualitative and quantitative the aroma compounds. The results showed that the key aroma compound of YlangYlang Oil is Benzene, 1-methoxy-4-methyl-l-, the key aroma compound of Lavender essential oil and eucaly puts oil is Eucalyptol, and the key aroma compound of geranium oil is 2H-Pyran,tetrahydro-4-methyl-2-(2-methyl-l-propenyl), and the key aroma compound of coriander oil is 1,6-Octadien-3-ol,3,7-dimethyl, B Megastigmatrienone and C Megastigmatrienone is the key aroma compound of Zimbabwe tobacco, at last the key aroma compound of orange oil、Peppermint oil、valerian oil is unkown.GC-MS/O can effectively screen aroma compounds in tobacco. And this method is applicable to other smell system analysis and research.
