基于虚拟机技术的IT项目资源优化管理

【摘要】 IT项目的一个显著的特点是需要使用IT资源,如软件、硬件、服务等。IT资源更新速度快、投入成本高,因此资源的使用率对于IT项目的效益有比较大的影响。在目前针对IT资源贡献率的研究结果中,我们可以看到IT资源存在大量的浪费。虚拟机技术通过把物理资源转变为逻辑上可以管理的资源,提高了服务器的使用率,最大化了服务器的性价比和投资回报率,为IT资源管理带来了变革。本文首先对IT项目资源管理的现状进行分析,比对当前不同的项目管理标准以及其中资源管理的异同,发现项目管理知识体系与实际IT资源管理需求之间存在的实践差距及原因。然后通过对虚拟机技术和虚拟机环境下资源分配的研究,指出虚拟机技术给IT资源管理带来的变化和趋势。通过分析虚拟机技术在IT项目资源管理中的实施可行性,并结合资源优化的ABC分类法,得出IT项目资源管理的优化方案。最后以公司内IT项目资源优化的实践案例来验证和评估一些项目资源管理优化后的实际收效,同时也对一些后续研究方向进行展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 An outstanding character in IT project is dependency of IT resource, such as software, hardware and service. IT resource utilization has seriously impact to cost and return of project because of frequent upgrade needs and high owner cost. According to current research of IT resource contribution rate, there is large amount of IT resource being wasted.Virtual server technology can help improve resource utilization by convert physical resource to logical resource and manage it. With virtual server implementation enterprise can achieve maximized price-performance ratio and ROI (return of investment). This technology is taking IT resource management to a new stage.This thesis analyzed current situation of resource management in IT project, and made comparison among different project management standards, to expose gap between standards and real practice. Followed is cause analysis.By research of virtual server technology and related resource configuration method, this thesis explained change on resource management and feasibility in project management. A resource optimization method was presented later with combination of virtual server implementation and Pareto analysis technique.At last, the resource optimization method was practiced in real IT project cases to evaluate and verify the effect. Some opportunities were suggested for further research and practice.更多还原
