利益、制度与价值—政治认同的逻辑研究

【摘要】 政治认同作为政治生活中的重要现象,对于社会稳定和政治有序有着极其重大的意义。对于处于转型期的中国而言,如何在全球化、信息化、民主化和市场化的国际背景下持续保持较高水平的政治认同度,对于我国经济水平的平稳发展、社会发展的和谐稳定具有突出的现实意义和价值。本文把政治认同的三个客体：利益、制度与价值抽取出来作为政治认同的逻辑主线加以分析：这三个维度来源于政治认同的心理层次,契合“经济人”、“政治人”与“社会人”的理论假设,作为政治认同的物质起点、实践载体和情感归属而存在。作为意识范畴的政治认同,是利益、制度与价值三者合力的结果,在三者作用方向一致时达到最大程度的有效政治认同,而一旦三者出现游离即可能产生虚假的政治认同,使单方面的政治认同建设成果出现抵消,从而影响最终政治认同的现状。在政治运行的过程中,利益、价值与制度具体化为作为政治实践存在的政府行为、作为政治权威存在的制度规范以及作为政治价值存在的意识形态三个层次,在实践中要系统认识三者间的关系,以政治行为的有效性达成利益认同、以政治体系的合法性达成制度认同、以意识形态的普适性达成价值认同,三者形成方向一致的合力,共同构建起有效的政治认同。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the phenomenon in political life, political recognition plays an important role in stabilization of society. It’s vital to contemporary China to keep political recognition in a higher level in the background of globalization.The thesis extracts the three objects of political recognition as the main line of logic:interests, system and value. Those three dimensions come from the psychological hypotheses of political recognition:homo economics, homo politics and homo sociologies. Those build the physical starting point, psychological attribution and practical carrier. As consciousness, political recognition is the resulting force formed by interests, value and system. When three dimensions are with the same direction, the highest degree of effective political recognition has been built, or the result of one part will be counteracted, and finally influences the realistic condition. In the process of government’s running, the interest realized as the government’s activity, system realized as authorities and specifications and the value realized as ideology. We must build interest recognition from effective political activities, build system recognition from legitimacy and build value recognition from universal ideology. And we must run three dimensions with the same direction to build the effective political recognition together. For contemporary China, we must work in three parts at the same time, especially in interests and system, to reach the maximum political recognition.更多还原
