【摘要】 激励是企业管理的有效手段,是企业管理工作的重要环节。企业文化对企业员工具有激励功能。企业文化激励通过企业物质文化、企业行为文化、企业制度文化和企业精神文化相互作用、协同运作这样一种运行机制而释放出企业文化本身所蕴藏的激励能量,实现了对员工立体式、全方位的激励,激发了员工工作的主动性、积极性和创造性。本文从企业文化建设和企业文化激励功能入手,以青海油田企业文化激励功能实践途径为研究对象,运用提出问题、分析问题、解决问题的系统科学的思维方法,立足青海油田企业文化建设和企业文化激励功能发挥现状,采用理论和实践相结合的法,对青海油田企业文化的激励功能实践途径进行了研究。通过调查和研究,进行了青海油田企业文化和企业文化激励现状分析评价,提出了青海油田企业文化激励在实践中存在的问题,分析了青海油田公司企业文化激励功能得以更好发挥的所在。在论文的撰写中,本文认为企业文化激励是一个系统,企业文化激励功能的发挥,关键是这个系统整体要发挥作用。最后,在调查、分析和研究的基础上提出了从物质文化、行为文化、制度文化、精神文化等方面发挥企业文化激励功能的途径。本论文的特点在于能够运用激励理论和企业文化激励理论去分析和探讨青海油田公司企业文化激励功能实践途径问题,注重理论联系实践,提出了解决实践中存在问题的框架建议,并注重了青海油田公司企业文化激励功能实践的持续性、针对性和有效性,提出了相应的保障措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 As an effective approach for business management, inspir ation plays an important role in the enterprise administration. The inspiration mainly comes from the enterprise culture. Through the mechanism of mutual interaction and collaborative operation between enterprise material culture, behavior culture, system culture and spiritual culture, the enterprise culture releases its own reserved inspiration capability, and thus comprehensively and three-dimensionally evoking the employee’s initiation, motivation and creation.In this paper, based on the construction and the inspiration function of enterprise culture, the implementation ways of its inspiration function for Qinghai Oilfield are explored. Using the systematically scientific method of problem-proposing, problem-analyzing, and problem-resolving and the method of combination of theory and practice, the construction and inspiration function of enterprise culture of Qinghai Oilfield are examined, by considering its current situation.Through a series of investigations, the construction and inspiration function of enterprise culture of Qinghai Oilfield are analyzed and evalutated. The problems lying in the implementation of inspiration of Qinghai Oilfield enterprise culture are proposed, and points of how to fully play the inspiration function of Qinghai Oilfield Company enterprise culture are analyzed. It is believed in this paper that the enterprise culture inspiration should be regarded as a system. The realization of inspiration function of enterprise culture is critically dependent on the exertion the system as a whole. Finally, based on a series of investigations and examinations, the ways of how to fully bring into play the inspiration function of enterprise culture including the material culture, behavior culture, system culture and spiritual culture, are put forward.The characteristic of this paper lies in that the inspiration theory and the specific inspiration theory of enterprise culture are used to analyze and discuss the implementation ways of inspiration function of Qinhai Oilfield Company enterprise culture, lies in that the method of theory combined with practice is employed to put forward the systematic suggestions on the problems in practice, and lies in that the continuity, pertinence and validity of the inspiration function of Qinhai Oilfield Company enterprise culture during its implementation are fully took into account, so as to put forward the corresponding protective measurements.更多还原
