基于SOA的服务集成平台的设计与实现

【摘要】 随着中国信息产业的深入发展,电信运营企业对支撑系统的要求进一步深化,而现有的OSS应用只满足了运营商特定时期的业务需求,无法满足不断变化的业务和市场需求。而在系统使用过程中,由于业务需求的变化,这些支撑系统又进行了大量补丁式的更新和升级,这给系统的稳定运营留下了隐患。同时,这些系统大多数是独立建设的,在系统之间的接口和信息共享方面,必然成为电信企业进行业务流程重组的瓶颈。为了满足电信业务迅猛发展带来的建设需求,新的BSS/OSS框架探索之路悄然兴起,其中基于SOA思想的新一代架构,以其松耦合、接口标准化、简化开发等优势在NGOSS体系的实践中得到了一些很好的应用和推广SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture)是一种企业IT系统的设计理念,它通过降低各业务子系统间的耦合度、提高子系统功能的可复用性和互操作能力,使得整个企业IT系统具有敏捷、低成本、灵活的适应业务变化和保护原有系统功能的能力。本文通过对SOA的理念研究、根据中国移动系统中多渠道接入核心支撑系统的系统支撑现状,设计和实现了基于SOA的服务集成平台,通过对服务组合、服务封装、服务管理等功能,解决了目前网上营业厅、掌上营业厅、客服中心接入支撑系统接口多,服务不能重用,无法管理,新业务开发周期长等问题。为支撑多渠道开展更多的电信业务,减少实体营业厅的压力,节约企业成本,做出了有意义的尝试。本服务集成平台目前已经在黑龙江省移动上线并且稳定运行,并已经成功推广至四川移动成功商用。目前正应用安徽移动的BSS系统中,并成为BSS的企业级平台。

【Abstract】 Nowadays the requirements for supporting systems from telecom enterprises have been enhanced dramatically along with the in-depth development of China’s information industry, however the present OSS applications which may be useful in some specific short periods can not keep on meeting the ever-changing requirements come from both industry and market. What’s more, during the implementation of those supporting systems, an increasing number of patch-based upgrades and updates take place for some temporary needs and will surely undermine the system-operating stability and leave a hidden danger in safety. Meanwhile, most of these supporting systems are developed independently, thus the problems concerning the interfaces between them and information sharing mechanism are bound to become bottleneck for the telecoms enterprises to perform their strategies such as process re-engineering. It is right under this circumstance that an new exploration of the OSS framework has emerged, in which a new generation of architecture based on SOA ideas has got more and more application and promotion in the practice of NGOSS system, because of its loose coupling, interface standardization, simplification in developing and other advantages.SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture) is an IT system design idea for enterprises, which by means of reducing the coupling degree between sub-business systems and improving their function of reusability and interoperability capabilities can enable the entire enterprise IT system to adapt to business changes and protect the existing systems more quickly and flexibly, with much lower costs. This article will explore not only the theoretical researches on the SOA idea but also the current situations of the multi-channel access system of China Mobile supporting system, by doing that illustrate on the design and implementation of service-based SOA integration platform, which can solve the problems such as too many interfaces in the systems supporting the online business halls, handheld operating rooms and call centers, too many services that can not be reused and too long life cycles of new business development and other similar management issues, using the tactics of service combination, service package, service management and other functions. Furthermore, the article will also make some significantly meaningful attempts on supporting multi-channel for more telecoms services, reducing the pressures on entity operating rooms, and thus saving company costs.The service integration platform which has been launched and successfully commercialized in both HEILONGJIANG Mobile and SICHUAN Mobile, is now working as the enterprise-class platform in BSS system architecture in Anhui Mobile.
