有冲击地压倾向巨厚煤层回采巷道支护技术研究

【摘要】 厚煤层回采巷道支护是煤矿开采面临的难题之一,而随着煤矿开采深度的增加,冲击地压让这类巷道的支护变得更加困难。为此,本文以千秋煤矿21181和21121工作面回采巷道为研究对象,对有冲击地压倾向性巨厚煤层回采巷道支护问题进行了研究。论文采用理论分析和现场试验方法,分析了该地质条件下冲击地压发生的特点及影响因素,确定了该矿为煤层型冲击地压,冲击倾向性为中等。运用岩石破裂全过程分析软件RFPA2D对冲击地压发生机理和巷道围岩破坏机制进行了研究,在分析工字钢拱形支架支护失败的基础上,通过比较,提出了锚网+锚索+工字钢拱形支架联合支护方案,应用有限差分软件FLAC3D对支护参数进行优化,并对现有的工字钢拱形支架提出了改进措施。在21121工作面轨道巷依据所选择的支护参数进行了现场工业性试验,观测结果证明,锚网+锚索+工字钢拱形支架联合支护方式较好地控制了围岩的变形,达到了预期的目标。通过本文的研究,克服了有冲击倾向巨厚煤层大断面沿底掘进综放回采巷道中埋藏深、变形大、冲击地压等问题,解决了支护困难这一重要课题,保证了矿井正常生产。
【Abstract】 Entry supporting of thick seam is one of the importment problems that coal mine faces.Along with the increase of deepness of mining,rock burst make supporting of this type of entry become more and more difficult. Therefore,based on the entries of 21181 and 21121 working face of Qianqiu Coal Mine,this text study entry supporting technology of huge thick coal under rock burst condition.This text adopt theory analyse and industrial test method analyzing the characteristics and influence factors of happening of rock burst in this geologic condition,and confirm the type of rock burst is coal-seam model,the orientation of rock burst is middling.Using RFPA2D,we study the mechanics of rock burst and broken principle of surrounding rock in entry.Based on analyzing the supporting failure by stell yieldable support,the paper provide bolting with wire mesh & stell yieldable support combing supporting method,adopt numerical simulation software FLAC3D optimizing supporting parameters,and improve the stell yieldable support.The designed supporting parameters are taken industrial test in the track roadway of 21121 working face.The result of field observation indicates that bolting with wire mesh & stell yieldable support combing supporting method controls the deformation of surrounding rock very well and it reaches anticipated object.Through the research of this text,we overcome the problems of deep embedding、big deformation and rock burst in big-size roadway of huge thick coal under rock burst condition,solve the importment task of supporting under this condition,ensure mine regular production.
