【摘要】 在就业形势日益严峻的今天,大学生就业问题已成为社会各界关注的焦点。就业率、就业质量这些最直观反映就业现象的内容也越来越受到社会关注。本科职业院校是以培养技术应用型人才为主要目标,虽与普通高等教育处于同一层次上,但它以较强的实践动手能力和分析、解决生产实际问题的能力区别于普通高等教育,这类较特殊的大学生群体的就业质量如何,目前倍受社会关注。因此,研究本科职业院校毕业生就业质量问题具有较大的现实意义和价值。本文以H大学职业技术学院为研究对象,通过对该院08-09届400名应届毕业生第一份工作的就业质量问卷调查,了解目前本科职业院校毕业生就业质量的现状,找出他们就业质量不高的原因,并对提高本科职业院校毕业生就业质量提出了一些对策和建议,希望对提高本科职业院校毕业生就业质量有些启发与帮助。全文共分五章：第一章为绪论,主要介绍选题的背景、意义；国内对就业质量研究的现状；与就业质量相关的概念界定；研究思路与方法。第二章对本科职业院校毕业生就业质量的度量问题进行研究,包括就业质量度量的相关研究和指标体系等。第三章以H大学职业技术学院毕业生为调查对象,分析该学院毕业生就业的整体情况,及就业质量指标中工作条件、专业对口、职业发展、福利和保障的具体情况。第四章分析影响本科职业院校毕业生就业质量的原因分析,概括出毕业生自身职业素质不强,学校人才培养质量不高；就业服务保障体系不完善是影响本科职业院校毕业生就业质量的主要原因。第五章研究分析提高本科职业院校毕业生就业质量的有效措施,如通过加强学生综合能力的培养；构建以就业为导向的人才培养模式；完善就业服务保障体系的有效措施等等。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the rigorous employment situation, the college students’employment issue has become a hot topic among people of all walks of life. More attention is paid to the employment rate and the quality that intuitively reflect its phenomenon. Vocational college mainly aims to foster talents of applied technology. Though it is of the same position with the regular higher education, it differs from the latter in students’ ability of practice, ability of analysis and solving problems. These special students’employment quality has got much concern as time goes by. Therefore, a study on vocational college graduates’employment quality is of great realistic significance and value.This paper take H Vocational Technical College as the research object, through the first employment survey to its 400 graduate students from 08-09, understand the current status of the quality of employment, find out the reason of low employment, and then raise some measures and advices to improve their graduate students’employment, hoping to offer some inspiration and help for improving the employments for graduate students in H Vocational Technical college.The first chapter is the introduction which tells us the reasons why the author chose this topic, the meanings of the study on it, the research of the current situation that our country is doing, some concepts about employment quality, and the ways how to tackle the employment issue.The second chapter deals with how to measure the employment quality.The third chapter analyses the employment situation of H university through surveying its graduates, including the work condition, major, the prospect of the occupation, and the welfare.The fourth chapter analyses three reasons of low employment quality. Firstly, lots of graduates are not proficient at their own majors. Secondly, the education quality of many schools are not good enough. Thirdly, the security systems of employment is imperfect.The fifth chapter studies the effective measures to improve the employment quality of the graduates in professional institutes. For instance, we can foster the students’ comprehensive abilities, establish the pattern of talents cultivation focusing on how to help students to qualify their jobs, and improve the security systems of employment sevices.更多还原
