【摘要】 从上世纪九十年代起,中国拉开了高等级公路建设的序幕,公路建设市场的扩大,为公路工程施工企业的发展与壮大提供了机遇。进入二十世纪以来,国家对基础设施的大量投入不仅拉动了国家经济发展,也为公路施工企业的发展提供了良好契机。公路施工企业对工程实行项目化管理,对项目存在营业收入、利润品牌、安全、人才等多方面的期望,其中对利润的期望尤其重要。但由于受项目管理组织的设计、项目管理的水平以及外部市场原因(竞争、标价与原材价格的大幅上升等)等因素影响,往往导致利润目标不能实现或不能全部实现,甚至出现不可控的局面,这是困扰许多公路工程施工企业的问题。公路工程施工企业从项目组织设计、成本管理、进度管理、安全管理、质量管理等诸多方面,以成本控制为核心努力实践摸索管理办法,但依旧没有根本解决问题。本文立足山东省路桥集团有限公司公路工程项目管理及盈利情况现状,从务实的角度出发,有针对性的提出了盈利能力的概念、内容以及提升的途径。指出提升项目的盈利能力能够有效帮助公路施工企业实现利润目标。本文分三个部分分析研究了山东省路桥集团有限公司盈利能力提升的途径。第一个部分,通过对项目管理知识的和山东省路桥集团有限公司盈利环境与能力现状的分析,指出山东省路桥集团有限公司提升盈利能力的必要性；第二个部分通过对山东省路桥集团有限公司绩效管理目标设定、山东省路桥集团有限公司对项目实行动态管理的基本思路及山东省路桥集团有限公司提高盈利能力的关键措施分析和研究,确立了提升项目盈利能力的基本途径。通过对四公司提升盈利能力的实践,验证了本文提出的提升盈利能力途径的科学性和可行性。第三个部分,对全文进行了总结,指出了本文的结论,并对该课题的进一步研究进行了展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the 1990s, China started constructing high-level roads. The expansion of highway-construction market has provided good opportunities for the development and prosper of highway-construction enterprises. After entering into 21st century, large investment in infrastructure has not only enhanced the national economy development but also brought lucks for the development of highway construction enterprises. The highway construction enterprises have carried out the project-oriented management and these enterprises have many expectations on projects which mainly are turnover, profit, brand, safety, personnel training and the expectation on profit is especially important. Nevertheless, these expectations may not be realized fully or partly, or even cause situation out of control due to the effects of the design of project management organization, the level of project management and the market factors such as competition, bid price and manifest increase of material price, which are issues puzzling highway construction enterprises. The highway construction enterprises, centering on control cost, try to find management methods by taking various efforts upon practices in project organization design, cost management, progress control, safety management, quality control and so on, but these issues have not been settled yet basically. This thesis, based on the present condition of the highway-project management and profitability of Shandong Highway and Bridge Group Co.,Ltd.,pragmatically brings out the concept, content and realization method of profitability and points out that the increase of profitability can effectively help a highway-and-bridge construction enterprise to realize its profit targets.This thesis analyzes and researches the methods to increase the profitability of Shandong Highway and Bridge Group Co., Ltd. in three sections.SectionⅠ:puts forward the necessities to increase the profitability of Shandong Highway and Bridge Group Co., Ltd. through analyzing the knowledge of project management and the present condition of profit-making environment and profitability of the aforesaid company;SectionⅡ:establishes the primary method to increase the project profitability, through analyzing and researching the target establishment of performance management of the aforesaid company, its basic ideas of executing dynamic management and its critical measures of increasing profitability. The practice of increasing profitability taken by the 4th Branch of the aforesaid company has verified that the methods of increasing profitability put forward by this thesis are scientific and feasible.Section III:makes a summary and conclusion and gives a prospect to make a further research on this subject.更多还原
