基于PDMS的发电厂管道系统流体计算的实现

【摘要】 随着计算机应用技术的发展,三维设计已经成为工业设计的主流,三维工厂设计管理系统PDMS(Plant Design Management System)是以数据库为核心的图形数据一体化软件,代表了全球三维工厂设计的发展方向,在发电厂设计领域得到了广泛的应用。PDMS三维模型的流体计算仍是一个有待解决的难题。近年来,单相及两相流体计算技术的快速的发展,成为PDMS三维模型流体计算实现的基础。笔者提出一种崭新的方法对其进行开发,使PDMS软件的建模与模型的流体计算实现无缝连接。应用PDMS软件自带的PML可编程宏语言进行二次开发,读取管道系统模型信息,使PDMS软件可以输出包含三维模型布置信息的TXT文档,称为中立文本。应用JAVA语言编写流体计算程序,导入PDMS软件,在PDMS软件平台调用该软件,读取中立文本,对管道系统的入口或出口流体参数进行设置后,按照《DL T5054-1996火力发电厂汽水管道设计技术规定》的要求进行流体计算,适用于介质比容比变化不大、较大的管道以及两相流体管道。对于单相流体,计算结果包括各管道、管件的阻力和压降;对于两相流体,计算结果为管道系统的阻力和通流能力。该方法成功地实现了PDMS软件三维模型建立后的流体计算功能,可以即时对各种管道系统设计方案进行计算,充分利用计算机计算的速度以及精度优势,根据计算得到的管道阻力情况和流体流动状态可判断管道系统模型的合理性,进而选择最优方案。为发电厂汽水管道系统的优化设计提供了快速可靠的实现方法,大量的实际应用表明其具有很高的应用前景。

【Abstract】 With the development of computer application technology, three-dimensional design has become the direction of industrial design, PDMS(Plant Design Management System) is a integrative software based on database and graphical interfaces, and also a most advanced three-dimensional plant design software. PDMS is vastly used in the design of power plant.however, the way to conduct hydraulic calculation for the model is still a problem to be solved, the double-quick developed calculation technique of single and two phase flow in recent years has laid the foundation for it.A new way was developed by author to implement the hydraulic calculation of the software, the 3D model building was connected with the hydraulic calculation function.Using the Programmable Macro Language(PML), implemented the function to output a specially formatted TXT document involving the information of the piping layout, the text was called intermediary text.The hydraulic calculation software developed in JAVA language was embedded in PDMS software, to input the intermediary text, the order of pipes and instruments in the piping was determined by their location information and head/tail reference information. The hydraulic calculation can be conducted after the setting of the head or tail liquid condition, the calculation was based on《Code for Design of Thermal Power Plant Steam/Water Piping》, the working fluid included single and double phase liquid, the calculation results for single phase liquid were resistance and pressure fall of the piping, and for double phase liquid were resistance and the supreme flow mass of the piping.The method successfully implemented the real-time hydraulic calculation as soon as the Power Plant piping model was built, made full use of the rapidity and precision advantages of computer calculation, The result of the hydraulic calculation provide reference for the modification or optimization of the piping models built by the PDMS software. The method was vastly used and had a great application foreground.
