【摘要】 目的：观察露蜂房汤治疗扁平疣的临床疗效,探讨其对患者血清白介素-2(IL-2),白介素-4(IL-4)及γ-干扰素(γ-IFN)水平的影响。方法：将70例扁平疣患者随机分为2组,治疗组予以露蜂房汤水煎口服,对照组予以转移因子胶囊口服,两组均予中药水煎外洗,疗程8周。观察患者临床疗效,同时观察治疗前后患者血清IL-2、IL-4及γ-IFN水平的变化。结果：临床疗效,治疗组优于对照组,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)；实验室检测,治疗前两组IL-2、Y-IFN水平均低于正常水平,IL-4水平高于正常水平,治疗后两组IL-2、γ-IFN水平较疗前均有升高,IL-4水平较疗前降低,两组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：露蜂房汤是治疗扁平疣的有效方剂,副作用小,且复发率低,其作用机制可能与调整患者免疫功能有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of LuFengFang (LFF)decoction in treating verruca plana(VP),to evaluate objectively the Serum level of IL-2, IL-4 andγ-IFN in patients and to assess the effect of LFF decoctilon on immunity function. Methods:70 cases with VP recruited was divided into two groups randomly, LFF decoction group, as compared with ZhuanYiYinZi(ZYYZ) capsule group, and in the same time, give the traditional chinese medicine to two groups with external use,8 weeks as a course. After the treatment, observe the clinical efficacy of LFF decoction and ZYYZ capsule. Besides,. Serum levels of IL-2,IL-4 andγ-IFN in all patients were observed and compared before and after trentment. Results:After the trentment,at the clinical efficacy, comparision between the two groups showed significant difference. And the LFF decoction group is better than the ZYYZ capsule group.And at the same time,Serum level of IL-2 and y-IFN in the patients of two groups were higher than that before trentment,as the Serum level of IL-4 was lower than that before trentment. But comparision between the two groups showed insignificant difference. Conclusion:LFF decoction has reliable efficacy in treating VP, low recurrence rate and side effect on. The mechanism of the therapy of LFF decoction may be credited with the anti-virus and improving immunity action.更多还原
