襄樊市物流园区规划研究

【摘要】 随着经济全球化的不断发展,现代物流业正成为拉动国家或地区经济发展的重要力量。物流园区作为现代物流体系中不可或缺的物流组织管理节点,是我国发展现代物流业的重要突破口和基点,其建设对城市经济发展、交通以及流通渠道建设诸方面都有着重要的积极意义。襄樊是湖北省仅次于武汉的第二大城市,铁路、公路、水运、机场等立体交通体系健全,被誉为“七省通衢”。物流业在襄樊市是新兴产业,离现代物流的要求和目标还有很大差距,远不能满足襄樊市经济社会发展的需要,成为整体发展瓶颈。论文拟结合该市的物流发展现状,对该市的货运周转总量进行预测、对该市的物流园区总体规划设计作一些研究。论文首先对襄樊市物流园区建设发展环境进行分析,具体包括:襄樊市社会经济发展分析、襄樊市物流业发展的SWOT分析、襄樊市物流园区规划现状分析;并运用灰色预测等模型对襄樊市货运周转量进行了预测,然后研究了该市物流园区的战略定位、功能定位、空间布局及开发管理模式。
【Abstract】 With the development of economic globalization, the modern logistics industry is becoming an important force for driving the development of a national or regional economic. As an indispensable part of modern logistics system, logistics park is an important breakthrough and the basis points for the development of modern logistics industry in china; the construction of logistics park has an important positive significance to urban economic development, transportation and construction aspects of distribution channels.Xiangfan is the second largest city in Hubei province, has an excellent transportation network which is consist of highways, waterways, airports and other three-dimensional traffic system.Logistics industry is a new industry in Xiangfan has a big disparity comparing to the requirements and objectives of modern logistics, and it can not meet the economic and social development of Xiangfan. This paper has done some research on the planning and design of Xiangfan combined with the city’s logistics development status.Firstly, this paper analyzes the development environment of Xiangfan logistics park, including the analysis of social and economic development of Xiangfan, SWOT analysis for developing logistics industry and gray prediction model prediction of the goods amounts, and then study the strategic positioning, function, spatial distribution and development management.
