相变建筑材料在建筑节能中的应用研究

【摘要】 利用相变储能建筑材料构筑建筑围护结构,可以降低室内温度波动,提高舒适度,使建筑供暖或空调少用或者少用能量,提高能源利用效率;可以解决热能供给和需求失配的矛盾,使空调或供暖系统利用夜间廉价电运行,降低空调或供暖系统的运行费用。本论文首先是提出问题,调查研究现在的建筑节能技术主要是保温隔热技术,其中主要是外墙外保温,接着了解了目前墙体保温技术存在的不足,引出一种新的节能思路,采用相变材料,让围护结构蓄能,来达到节能的要求。接着分析问题——这种相变建筑材料在建筑中应用的可行性。主要从三点研究讨论:一是对相变建筑材料这一技术做了解和阐述,研究它的概念、原理、选择、种类特点、节能价值,为后续的应用研究做铺垫。二是从三方面研究讨论其应用的可行性,分别是制备技术、节能效果、应用质量。主要通过国内外该领域的研究成果、市场化商品、实验测试、建筑节能技术标准、节能评价指标、国内产品的质量检测方法、检测参数、施工技术优势等等方面做阐述和讨论。三是例举该技术应用的国内外示范性建筑,说明相变建筑材料在地板、墙面等维护结构上应用的节能效果。最后论文例举了国内外三个住宅使用案例,阐述了该材料的施工技术要点,绘制了施工大样图。并对项目的节能效果做了初步分析。本论文的结论是,相变建筑材料在建筑中应用有节能优势,并具备了应用的可行性,目前该类材料在我国的应用情况是,严寒地区、夏热冬冷地区有使用案例,并在这些地区通过了应用的检测认可,但在夏热冬暖地区没有找到使用案例,在广东尚没有取得权威部门的检测认可,应用上有困难。笔者认为相变建筑材料的应用前景是很好的,但推广过程中,需要解决的问题有:材料的品种要多元化,性能需要进一步优化,材料的耐久性和经济性问题需解决,试点建筑工程的测试数据要完善,产业标准体系和评价体系需建立等。

【Abstract】 Building materials used to build phase change building envelope can reduce the indoor temperature fluctuations, increased comfort, the building heating or air conditioning to use less or use less energy, improve energy efficiency; can solve the thermal mismatch of supply and demand contradictions, the air conditioning or heating system uses low-cost electricity at night to run, reduce air conditioning or heating system running costs.The first is to ask questions of this thesis, research is now building energy-saving technology is mainly thermal insulation technology, which is mainly exterior insulation, wall insulation and then to understand the current technical shortcomings, leads to a new energy-saving ideas, using phase change materials, so building envelope, energy storage, to achieve energy-saving requirements.Then analyze the problem - that of building materials in the construction phase feasibility of the application. Discussed mainly from three o’clock:First, phase transitions do understand the technology of building materials and elaboration of its concepts, principles, selection, species characteristics, energy value, laying the groundwork for the subsequent application.The second is to discuss three aspects of the feasibility of its application, namely, preparation techniques, energy saving, application quality. Mainly through domestic and international research in the field, market products, laboratory testing, technical standards for building energy efficiency, energy-saving evaluation index, the domestic product quality testing methods, test parameters, construction, etc., elaborate on the technical advantages and discussions.Third, examples of the technology demonstration building at home and abroad, that phase change building materials on the floor, walls and other structural applications to maintain the energy saving effect.Finally, the article cites three residential use cases at home and abroad to explain the technical points of construction materials, construction of a large sample drawn map. And energy saving effect of the project made a preliminary analysis.The thesis concludes that the phase change in the application of building materials in the building energy-saving advantage, and with the application feasibility of the current application of such materials in China is, cold regions, summer and cold winter areas use cases, and in these areas recognized by the application of detection, but in the subtropical region does not find use cases in Guangdong is still not achieved the detection of authorities approved applications difficult. I believe that the application of phase change building materials is a very good prospect, but the promotion process, the need to be resolved are: variety of materials to be diversified further optimize performance, durability of materials and economic issues to be resolved, the pilot construction engineering test data to improve industry standards system and evaluation system to be established and so on.
