【摘要】 目的：通过运用急肾宁Ⅱ号高位保留灌肠治疗急性肾功能衰竭(ARF)的临床研究,观察急肾宁治疗ARF的临床疗效,为临床进一步研究探讨其治疗ARF的可能作用机制及提高疗效,提供客观依据。方法：选取符合ARF诊断标准的60例ARF患者,按就诊顺序随机分为治疗组30例,对照组30例。治疗组给予急肾宁Ⅱ号高位保留灌肠；对照组给予排钾利尿治疗。两组均以3天为一个疗程,连续观察2个疗程。选取入室后第一天,第三天,第七天实验室肾功能检验指标,观察两组治疗前后血清尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)、尿酸(UA)、二氧化碳结合力(CO2 cp)等实验指标变化,同时观察患者临床症状及体症的变化情况。结果：(1)治疗组与对照组的总疗效及中医证候总疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。(2)治疗组在改善ARF患者肾功能,降低BUN、Scr及BUN/SCr水平方面优于对照组,两者相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。(3)第一疗程相比较对照组而言,疗效无明显统计学意义。结论：应用急肾宁Ⅱ号高位保留灌肠治疗急性肾功能衰竭,可以在一定程度上改善患者的临床症状及体征,降低尿素氮,血肌酐指标,除偶有腹泻外,无明显副作用,临床应用价值高、成本低,使用方便,疗效可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Clinical research that the treatment for acute renal failure (ARF) by using high retention enema observat the clinical effect of ARF with the treatment by JISHENNINGⅡ, for further clinical study to investigate the possible mechanism of treatment of ARF and improve efficacy, to provide objective basis.Methods:Opted 40 cases of ARF patients meeting the diagnostic criteria, according to visiting randomly divided into treatment group 20 cases,20 cases of the control group. The treatment group received high retention enema with JISHENNINGⅡ; control group was given row of potassium diuretic therapy. Two groups are 3 days for a course of treatment after 2 courses of treatment. Selected the first day after the burglary, third day, seventh day laboratory indicators of renal function tests were observed before and after treatment blood urea nitrogen (BUN), serum creatinine (Scr), uric acid (UA), carbon dioxide combining power (CO2cp), etc. experimental index change in the observed clinical symptoms and physical changes in disease.Results:(1) In the treatment group and control group, the total effect and the total effect of TCM, there was significant difference (P<0.05), treatment group better than the control group. (2) In the treatment group in improving renal function in patients with ARF, reduced BUN, Scr and BUN/SCr levels than the control group, two significant differences compared (P<0.05). (3) The first course of treatment compared with the control group, the effect of no statistical significance.Conclusion:JISHENNINGⅡhigh enema treatment of acute renal failure, to a certain extent, improve the clinical symptoms and signs, lower blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine index, in addition to occasional diarrhea, the no side effects, clinical application of high value, cost low, easy to use, reliable effect.更多还原
