【摘要】 跆拳道是一项起源于朝鲜半岛的古老而又新颖的竞技体育运动,是一项内外双修的体育项目。跆拳道运动要求练习者不仅要学习跆拳道的技术,更注重跆拳道的礼仪和道德修养,这就是跆拳道运动的内在精髓。。本文通过采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,对邯郸市跆拳道道馆开展情况进行全面、深入的分析研究,旨在促使邯郸市跆拳道运动开展的更加人性化、健康化、科学化,为邯郸市跆拳道项目管理部门制定政策提供参考,为大众跆拳道的经营与管理提供理论与实践依据,以促进邯郸市跆拳道的进一步普及与可持续发展。研究结果表明：1、目前邯郸市的跆拳道馆规模较小,邯郸市跆拳道道馆的经营方式主要有连锁式、雇佣式和合作式,从发展趋势的前景看,股份制道馆将是未来发展的有效形式；2、邯郸市跆拳道的消费群体主要是中小学生和社会人员,总体消费水平不高；大部分消费者练习时间较短,但比较认同跆拳道馆所提供的有形展示；大多是为了提高身体素质来进行锻炼；3、邯郸市跆拳道馆教练员队伍男性教练员多于女性教练员,年龄结构合理,学历较高；兼职的为多数,不利于道馆的发展；教练员专业资格认证体系比较混乱,参与培训的机会比较少；教练员对自身待遇不是很满意；4、邯郸市跆拳道馆场地、器材设施条件严重制约道馆进一步的经营和发展。随着现代社会的进步和文化的发展,邯郸市跆拳道馆应该更新配套设施,改善道馆经营环境。加强对消费者的人文关怀,逐步形成具有自身特色的文化氛围。加强师资队伍的再培训,提高师资力量。不断加强教练员队伍理论和实践教学,开展互帮互助,相互借鉴、学习和交流经验；此外,激发教练员的工作积极性,引入激励机制。调整培训计划,增加课程设置的层次性,既提高学员的技法,同时提高他们的爱国主义精神。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taekwondo is a Korean Peninsula originated in the old and new in the competitive sport is a sport inside and outside alike. Requirements of Tae Kwon Do Tae Kwon Do practitioners not only learning the technology, and more emphasis on ritual and moral training of Taekwondo, which is the inner essence of Taekwondo.In this paper, using literature data analysis, questionnaire survey, Shu statistics and other research methods, and Taekwondo Road, Handan City Hall were carried out depth analysis of, to Cushi launch of Handan City Taekwondo sport more humane, Jian Kang-based, scientific, for the Handan City Taekwondo project management policy to provide a reference for the general operation and management of Taekwondo theoretical and practical basis to facilitate further popularization of Handan City, taekwondo and sustainable development.The results show that:1, Handan City Taekwondo now smaller, Handan City, Tae Kwon Do hall of the main chain management methods, employment type and the cooperative, from the prospects of development trends, stock Road, Hall will be the future development effective form; 2, Handan City, Taekwondo is the primary key consumer groups and social workers, the overall consumption level is not high; most consumers exercise less time, but more agreeable Taekwondo provide tangible display; most of the body in order to improve Quality to conduct training; 3, Handan City Taekwondo Team Coach Coach male than female coaches, a reasonable age structure, higher education; part-time for the majority, is not conducive to the development of Museum Road; coaches professional qualification system for comparison confusion, less participation in training opportunities; coaches are not very satisfied about their treatment; 4, Handan City Taekwondo venues, equipment, and conditions of severely constrained Hall Road, further operation and development.With the modern social progress and cultural development, Handan City Taekwondo should update facilities, improve the business environment throughout Taiwan. Strengthen consumer humane care, and gradually form a culture with its own characteristics. Strengthen retraining of teachers to improve teaching staff.
