【摘要】 形成性评价是伴随着1999年“试点”项目进入电大教育工作者视域的。形成性评价在电大课程如火如荼的应用过程中,暴露出诸多问题,未发挥应有功能。如何有效应用形成性评价是教学实践过程中一直受到重视和研究的一个焦点问题,也是困扰广大电大教师及教学管理层的一个难点问题。本文围绕电大课程形成性评价的应用问题展开研究。首先,对形成性评价进行理论解读：何为形成性评价?如何开展形成性评价?为何开展形成性评价?从而了解形成性评价的相关概念界定,明确形成性评价的操作流程及重要意义。其次,透视形成性评价在电大课程中的应用现状,聚焦管理者、教师与学习者三个层面上的观念误区与行为误区,结合外部与内部两方面深入剖析成因。第三,以浙江电大富阳学院英语课程为例,开展应用形成性评价的新实践,摸索建立有一定可操作性的电大课程形成性评价体系,重点介绍项目演示法与表现性评价任务的实践案例,反馈实施效果,反思暴露的问题与不足。最后,归纳研究结论：形成性评价在电大课程中的有效实施能够促进电大学习者多方面的发展,能够促进教师的教学,并已成为电大招生宣传的新亮点。同时提出有待进一步研究的若干问题：电大教师应如何转变意识与提升能力?电大教师应如何结合学科特点来设计表现性评价任务?电大教师应如何调动多元评价主体的能动性?电大教师应如何处理形成性评价与终结性评价的关系?电大教师应如何帮助学习者接纳与参与形成性评价呢?电大管理层应如何确定形成性评价在整个评价体系中的权重比例?更多还原

【Abstract】 Formative assessment came into the vision of teachers in TV University (TVU) because of the Pilot Program in 1999. But a great many problems have occurred since formative assessment was put into practice in TVU curriculum. How formative assessment should be applied is the hot issue that the staff in TVU has long paid much attention to. The thesis centers upon the very issue how formative assessment is applied in TVU curriculum.First, it explores formative assessment theoretically and gives answers to "What is formative assessment? How formative assessment should be applied? Why should formative assessment be applied?"Second, it describes the present situation of how formative assessment is being applied in TVU curriculum, points out the wrong ideas and wrong behaviors related to formative assessment, and analyzes the causes internally and externally.Third, it carries out a new practice of formative assessment based on English curriculum in Fuyang College of Zhejiang TV University in attempt to set up a practicable system of formative assessment in TVU curriculum. It introduces the cases of how Project Demonstration and Performance Assessment Task are used, and reflects the effects and problems.Last, it comes to a conclusion that the effective application of formative assessment can promote the development of both learners and teachers in TVU and has become the highlights in the advertisements about TVU. It also points out several issues that need to be further studied:How should TVU teachers change conceptions and enhance abilities? How should TVU teachers design performance assessment tasks combined with disciplinary characteristics? How should TVU teachers motivate the multi-subjects? How should TVU teachers deal with the relationship between formative assessment and summative assessment? How should TVU teachers assist learners to accept and participate in formative assessment? How should the management of TVU reasonably set the weighted ratio of formative assessment in the whole evaluation system?更多还原
