大型仪器设备共享管理系统分析与设计

【摘要】 由于Internet的快速发展,功能不断扩展,已经成为当今和未来人们获取资源和信息交流的主要场所。大型仪器设备与网络相结合,经过资源共享系统的支持和推动,开放服务,包括对校外的开放服务,已经成为实现大型仪器设备利用价值的先进理念。随着国家对高校仪器设备投入的增加,各高校的领导也越来越重视大型仪器设备的开放和共享,一部分过去以对校内开放为主的仪器在项目建设的推动下,大幅度增加对外服务的机时,对外服务的意识也明显增强,并且各高校大型设备纷纷加入国家和地方的大型科学仪器设备协作共用网。论文的基本思路,就是利用系统工程、软件工程和信息系统建模的基本理论,构造网络环境下大型仪器设备开放使用和共享管理的基本方法。采用的技术手段是以理论研究和实践探索相结合,应用性研究为主的策略,以大型仪器设备管理为载体的研究进程。在系统开发的过程中,充分运用信息系统建模技术,通过大型仪器设备管理的教学改革与实验,探索大型仪器设备开放和共享的理论和方法,建立基于Internet网络和单位门户网络的大型仪器设备开放和共享管理的理论体系与方法,开发出操作性强、具有实际应用价值的大型仪器设备共享管理系统软件。大型仪器设备共享管理平台的建立,可以打破单位界限、地域界限,打破狭隘意识和陈旧观念,建设开放、共享的服务体系,对高校和地区的开放服务系统及本校、本地区的科技服务会起到十分明显的促进作用,并且其开放服务的理念得到各方面的认同与支持的同时,对提高学校仪器设备的管理水平,促进现代设备管理理论的发展,产生积极的作用。
【Abstract】 As the rapid development and ever-expanding function, the internet has become the primary venue for the access to resources and the exchange of information for people at present and in the future. It has become a advanced concept of achieving the large-scale equipment’s value that the valuable equipment combine with the network, through the support and promote of the resource sharing system, the open services, including the out-school open.As the increasing of instruments and equipments the government invest in, the leadership of colleges and universities are more and more making much of the open and sharing of the large-scale equipments. A part of campus-based instruments at the promotion of the project construction increase the opportunity of external services. The awareness of services is also apparently enhanced. The large-scale equipments of colleges and universities have joined the national and local large-scale scientific instruments and equipments sharing network.In this paper, the basic method of valuable equipment’s open use and sharing management under the network environment was constructed, using the basic theory of systems engineering, software engineering and information systems modeling. The technical means mainly include theoretical research combined with practical exploration and applied research which is the primary strategy. The large-scale instruments and equipments management is the carrier of the research process.It makes the best use of information system modeling techniques in the system development process. The theory and methods of large-scale equipment’s opening up and sharing were explored through the experimental teaching reform of large-scale equipment management. The theoretical system and method of valuable equipment’s open use and sharing management were established which based on Internet networks and unit portal network. Large-scale instruments and equipments sharing management system software was developed which was feasible and practical valuable.It can break the unit boundaries, the geographical boundaries, the narrow sense and old-fashioned concept to establish a valuable instruments and equipments sharing management platform. To build up an open, sharing service system will play a very significant role in promoting the open service system and the technology services for universities as well as regions. The open service system produces an active role to improve school equipments management level and to promote the development of modern equipments management theory. At the same time, it can receive recognition and support from all aspects.
