LLC谐振变换器中平面无源集成的研究

【摘要】 平面无源集成元件相比于分立磁件具有电流密度大,效率高,低漏感,热传导好,低EMI辐射,体积小等优点,已经成为电力电子领域的一个重要研究方向。本文首先介绍了无源集成技术与其分析方法。针对谐振变换器中广受关注的LLC谐振变换器,根据参数设计要求,按照LLC谐振变换器的电路参数设计方法对LLC谐振变换器参数进行了设计,利用Orcad Capture仿真软件仿真、验证了参数的正确性;并设计了一台样机。本文提出将谐振电感、谐振电容、并联电感与变压器进行无源集成的一种结构,侧柱和中柱分别绕制谐振电感和变压器的原副边,利用特殊的LC结构单元将谐振电感与谐振电容集成,并利用变压器的励磁电感作为并联电感。将谐振电感,谐振电容,并联电感和变压器四个无源元件集成到一起,大大减小了谐振电路中无源元件的体积,改善了性能。对于高介电常数的介质材料难以选择的问题,引入了交错并联结构,使当选用低介电常数材料也能实现大电容。
【Abstract】 Compare to the discrete magnetic element, planar passive integration element has the advantage of high current density, high efficiency, low leakage inductance, good heat exchange, low EMI radiation, small volume. It has become an important investigative direction in power electronics. The paper introduces the technical of passive integration and the analysis method. Aiming at the LLC resonant converter, basing on the parameter design requirement and the parameter design method, a group of rosonant parameter has been designed. Using Orcad Capture simulation software, the parameter is correct. We made a model machine. To integrate the resonant inductance, the resonant capacitance, the parallel inductance and the transformer, a method is put forward: uses the special LC constitutional unit to integrate the resonant inductance and the resonant capacitance, and the excitation inductance of the transformer as parallel inductance. The integration of the four passive components minimizes the volume and improves the capacity. Point to the problem of hard to choose high dielectric constant material, this paper introduces the interleaved structure. It makes low dielectric constant material for high capacity possible.
