钱家营矿上行安全开采技术研究与应用

【摘要】 煤炭是我国能源结构的主体,是不可再生能源。随着煤炭资源越来越紧张,如何安全、高效地回收上部遗留的煤炭资源,成为相当多的煤炭企业所面临的问题。因此,研究煤层上行开采问题,对于安全生产、解放呆滞煤量、减少资源浪费、延长矿井寿命和保障社会稳定都具有重大意义。本文针对钱家营矿1357、1358上行开采面,利用理论分析、数值计算、相似材料模拟等手段和方法,研究上行开采煤层围岩活动规律、上覆岩层移动和变形规律以及上、下煤层采动影响的时空关系。确定了采高、层间距、岩性及层间结构、时间等影响上行开采的因素及其综合影响,为实现安全上行开采提供方法指导和技术保障。通过对1357工作面上行开采的成功实践,得出下部煤层开采后上部煤层倾角、顶底板变化情况,上部煤层开采过程中回采巷道和工作面矿压显现情况。根据以上分析得出的结论和经验,对1358工作面进行了设计。

【Abstract】 Coal is the main energy of our country, and it is non-renewable energy. With the increasing tension of coal resources, the safe and efficient recovery of the upper part of the coal resources has become a considerable numbers of the problems. Thus, study on overmining has great significance on the safety, the volume of the liberation of slack coal, reduce the waste of resources, extend the mine life and accelerate the energy building and the protection of social stability.Based on the 1357 and 1358 panel of the QianJiaYing coal mine in this paper, using the theoretical analysis, numerical calculation and similar material simulation to research the movement and deformation of overburden and the influence of coal mining on spatial and time. Making sure of that the factors of height, interburden spacing, overburden structure, time and so on which effect overmining and the comprehensive effect, it provide theoretical support and technical support for secure overmining. We can draw a conclusion that the change of lower seam angel, roof and floor and pressure on roadway and panel of upper seam by the success of overmining on 1357 panel. Based on the above conclusions and experiences, we design 1358 panel.
