集成多路单体液压支柱密封质量监测仪的设计

【摘要】 针对目前单体液压支柱压力安全监测的现状及存在的主要问题,本文设计了一套集多路信息采集,信息传输,数据处理,及压力监测预警技术于一体的单体液压支柱安全监测系统。该系统采用多路集成式监测方式对井下单体液压支柱进行安全监测,将单片机处理系统集成至一个系统中,而非目前普遍采用的单路信号传输处理,每个监测分站都由一个单片机处理系统进行数据分析处理的方式。每个压力监测分站只负责压力采集,将采集到的实时压力数据通过电缆传送至监测处理系统。数据通过多路信号选择电路,依次进入单片机处理系统进行分析处理。系统采用了单片机系统中较为常用的七段LED进行实时压力数据显示,并根据当前时刻分析处理的分站数据进行站号和压力数据的循环显示,其中,前两位为分站号,后四位为当前压力数据。系统中预先设定压力极限值,当压力值超限时进行光报警。系统中所带的存储芯片可自动存储一段时期内的压力数据,可方便的进行记录查询和数据存储。系统中还加设了打印机接口,可随时连接微型打印机进行实时数据的打印,满足了生产单位对单体液压支柱安全状态长期,全面,实时监测的要求。论文主要阐述了系统方案的设计,以及单体液压支柱压力安全监测系统的工作原理,多路集成式数据采集,传输的方法。

【Abstract】 According to the actuality and main problems of single hydraulic prop monitoring system, author design a single hydraulic prop monitoring system which integrate multi-route data collection, transfers, disposal and forecast technique of pressure monitoring. The system monitor mine single hydraulic prop with multi-route data collection, it integrate the MCU in one system, instead of the single data transfers and disposal system which every monitoring station has a MCU to deal with the data. In the new system, every station only collect pressure data and send the data to the MCU of the new system by cable. The data is chosen by the multi-route data choose circuit and analyzed by MCU one by one. The system can circularly display the actual pressure data with the seven segments LED which usually used in MCU system, anterior two numbers are station number and back four numbers are pressure data. The maximal pressure number has been mounted in system, when the actual pressure data preponderates over the number, system alarms by light. The memory organ in system can automatically keep actual pressure data for sever times which can be registered and demanded The system also has printer joint which can link the mini printer and makes the mine can monitor single hydraulic prop actually, extendedly and roundly. The dissertation mainly introduced the design project of the system, work elements of the system and means of multi-route integration data collection and transfer. Dissertation also investigated idiographic hardware circuit and software design, included many problems in design and debugging.
