【摘要】 本文在介绍图书馆信息服务模式等相关概念及理论基础上,分别选取2007年-2009年教育部公布中国综合性高校学科排名(基础医学类、临床医学类和口腔医学类)的前10所的医学图书馆和2008年教育部海外考试中心公布的韩国拥有医学院的综合性大学排名前10所医学图书馆,针对交互式服务、个性化服务、信息服务资源和特色服务4个方面进行较为详细的比较分析,并结合韩国综合性高校医学图书馆服务模式的特点和优势,对比分析我国高校医学图书馆网络信息服务模式等方面存在的问题及不足,如,经过调查发现,我国高校医学图书馆参考咨询服务对象有一定的局限性,扩大对校外乃至居民读者参考咨询服务有待于提高、My library个性化服务平台的开发与使用率不高、建设资金的来源也相对单一等,在此基础上进一步提出加强和改善我国高校医学图书馆网络服务和管理上的建议,如开展特色服务,建立读者个人图书馆、扩展高校医学图书馆网络信息资源、高校医学图书馆读者用户社会化、加强我国高校医学图书馆虚拟参考咨询工作等。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of information technology and extensive application in university medical library, medical library service theory is changing from collection or librarian-centered to user-centered. The users’information needs become increasingly diversified and personalized, information behavior emphasis on interactivity, participation. How to provide better service and meet the diverse needs of users become more and more important. And, the associated network information service mode research of library is imperative.South Korea is one of the earliest information and digitalized countries in Asia, neighboring with China. The two countries share similar culture. Korean medical university libraries made significant progress in a short period of time, which deserve we learn and reference. In particular, the library information services, information service modes, advanced theory and practice of information service are instructive and meaningful for us to change the medical library information service mode and improve service quality in China.This article introduces the library information service modes and other related concepts. Top ten Chinese medical libraries were selected according to medicine profession (including basic medical sciences, clinical medicines and Stomatology) ranking released by the Chinese Ministry of Education from 2007 to 2009. And the top ten Korean medical libraries were selected according to the South Korean university ranking list released by Examination Center of Education Ministry in 2008. By comparing and analyzing Korean and Chinese University Medical Library network service mode in four aspects of interactive services, personalized services, information service resources and special services, we try to find out the problems and deficiencies of Chinese university medical library network information service models, for example, medical library reference service objects are limited; personalized‘My library’services platform of medical college libraries is under development and utilization; the source of funds for construction is relatively simple; and out of college readers are limited. Recommendations are proposed to further strengthen and improve the medical college library network service and management, such as carrying out special services, the establishment of the reader personal library, extending information network resources of medical college libraries, socialization of university medical library users, to strengthen our universities medical library virtual reference work, etc.更多还原
