【副题名】以重庆市高校图书馆员为例

【摘要】 高等学校图书馆是学校的文献信息中心,是为教学和科研服务的学术性机构,对大学生的成长与成才起着非常重要的作用。随着中国高等教育事业的不断发展,高校图书馆也面临着难得的机遇和全新的挑战。现在高校图书馆已拥有了比较丰富的馆藏资源,如何进一步提高图书馆员素质,提升高校图书馆的服务水平,就成了当务之急。馆员伦理是高校图书馆员素质的重要组成部分。如何加强高校图书馆员伦理建设,提高高校图书馆员伦理素质,已成为保证高校图书馆提档升级的重要内容。具体说来,加强高校图书馆员的伦理建设有如下几方面的意义：一是提高高校图书馆员的伦理修养。能够使每一名高校图书馆员都深刻认识到自己对社会和读者的责任,使每一个图书馆员都爱岗敬业、甘于奉献,全心全意为读者服务。二是提升高校图书馆员的行业形象。加强高校图书馆员伦理建设,提高每个高校图书馆员的伦理修养,使图书馆员兼顾图书馆行业工作人员和高校教育工作者双重身份,树立高校图书馆员的良好形象,提升高校图书馆员的整体行业形象。三是能够极大的促进高校图书馆事业的发展。图书馆员伦理建设的目的不仅仅在于提升图书馆员的道德素质,而通过提升高校图书馆员伦理建设为突破口,为高校图书馆的建设注入新的血液,最终要促进高校图书馆事业的发展。本文以重庆市高校图书馆作为研究的基础,分别选取了重庆大学图书馆、重庆师范大学图书馆和重庆城市管理职业学院图书馆三个不同类型的高校图书馆作为研究对象,进行了深入而细致的调查研究。本次调查共发放调查问卷300份,通过分析调查数据,并结合高校图书馆以及高校图书馆员伦理等相关概念的解析,透过高校图书馆员伦理的现状,分析高校图书馆员伦理存在问题的原因。综合伦理学和图书馆学知识,总结出符合时代需要的高校图书馆员伦理的具体内容,提出具有建设性的意见,力求找到解决高校图书馆员伦理出现问题的措施和途径。希望通过这些措施,能有效提高高校图书馆员伦理修养,促进高校图书馆工作,为党的教育事业做出贡献。更多还原

【Abstract】 College library is an information center of the college, academic institutions serving for teaching and scientific research, which plays a very important role in the growth and success of the students. With the constant development of China’s higher education, university libraries are also facing rare opportunities and new challenges. Now University Library already has a rich collection of resources, how to further improve the quality of library staff to enhance the level of University Library Services has become a priority.Ethics is an important component of quality of university librarians. How to strengthen the University Librarian Ethics and improve the quality of university librarian ethics has already become an important part of how to ensure the upgrading of the university library. Specifically, to strengthen the ethical Librarian aspects the following meanings:First, improve the ethical training of University Librarians. Enable each university librarians are deeply aware of their responsibilities to society and the reader, so that each librarian would be willing to love and devotion, to sacrifice and dedication to serve the readers. Second is to enhance the image of Librarians. To improve the ethics of each university librarian training, so that both librarians and library staff in this industry as college educators, foster the good image of the University Librarian, University Library to enhance Members of the image of the whole industry. Third, it can greatly promote the development of University Library. Librarian Ethics not only aims to improve the moral quality of librarians, university librarians through enhancing ethical development as a breakthrough for the university library building into the new blood, ultimately to promote the development of University Libraries.This article set study basis at Chongqing University Library, selected three different types of university library:Chongqing University Library, Chongqing Normal University Library and the Chongqing City Management College library for the study, conducted in-depth and detailed Investigation.
