SEBS/EPDM、SBS/SBR、SBS/BR共混型热塑性弹性体的研究

【摘要】 本课题以SBS、SEBS、EPDM、SBR、BR为原料,采用动态硫化的制备方法,探讨了共混比、硫黄用量、制样方法和硫化方式等对SEBS/EPDM、SBS/SBR、SBS/BR三种共混型热塑性弹性体的物理性能及高温性能的影响,同时对亚微观形态结构进行表征,讨论了其结构与性能的关系,最终制成较理想的共混型热塑性弹性体。实验结果表明:当SEBS/EPDM共混比大于40/60,硫黄用量为1.8份时,可制备出较理想的SEBS/EPDM共混型热塑性弹性体,其中又以共混比为50/50,硫黄用量为1.8份时最佳。当SBS/SBR共混比大于70/30,硫黄用量为2份时,可制备出较理想的SBS/SBR共混型热塑性弹性体。当SBS/BR共混比大于70/30,硫黄用量为2份时,可制备出较理想的SBS/BR共混型热塑性弹性体。
【Abstract】 The effect of the ratio of rubber/plastics, Sulfur content, method of sample preparation and vulcanization type on the properties of SEBS/EPDM、SBS/SBR、SBS/BR thermoplastic elsatomer prepared by dynamic vulcanization were discussed, such as mechanical properties at normal atmospheric temperature and high temperature. At the same time, the microstructure characteristics of the thermoplastic elsatomer were analyzed, the connection between structure and properties of SEBS/EPDM、SBS/SBR、SBS/BR was studied. The better properties of the SEBS/EPDM、SBS/SBR、SBS/BR blending thermoplastic elastomer were prepared.The results showed that the SEBS/EPDM blending thermoplastic elastomer with better mechanical properties could be prepared at the rate of SEBS/EPDM greater than 40/60 and sulfur content was 1.8phr. And the SEBS/EPDM blending thermoplastic elastomer with best mechanical properties could be prepared at the 50/50 rate of SEBS/EPDM and sulfur content was 1.8phr.The SBS/SBR blending thermoplastic elastomer with better mechanical properties could be prepared at the rate of SBS/SBR greater than 70/30 and sulfur content was 2phr.The SBS/BR blending thermoplastic elastomer with better mechanical properties could be prepared at the rate of SBS/BR greater than 70/30 and sulfur content was 2phr.
