基于互联网的GPS定位、跟踪、预警信息管理平台的研究

【摘要】 随着空间定位技术、移动通信技术、计算机技术、网络技术的发展,GPS(Global Position System)作为一种全球共享的信息源,以全天候、高精度、自动化、高效益等显著特点,在各个领域中得到了广泛的应用,不断推出了GPS手持导航终端、GPS导航软件甚至是GPS手机、装备GPS的出租车、物流GPS系统等产品,但是市场反应并没有达到预期效果,主要是产品操作过于复杂、终端设备昂贵、没有统一的数据格式标准、没有成功的规模化的通用的网络信息平台、产品线单一等等诸多方面的原因,可见,研究和构建分布式GPS定位、跟踪、预警信息服务平台,具有着很重要的现实意义。基于上述,本文恰恰有针对性地提出并研究和设计开发出一套具有实际应用价值,具备一定通用能力的GPS定位、跟踪、预警信息服务平台。论文首先对全球定位技术(GPS)、地理信息系统技术(GIS),无线网络技术(GPRS)等相关理论进行了研究,同时对数据库访问技术和网络传输技术等关键技术进行了探讨、分析和论述,提出切实可行的系统技术路线和实现方法,不但发挥了GPRS分组交换技术具有高速、实时、网络覆盖范围广的特点,还利用GPS定位实时和快速与GIS直观地对地理数据跟踪显示的优势,实现了对移动目标的实时定位、跟踪。再有,论文着重论述了系统结构的设计原理、管理平台设计方法以及如何采集GPS等数据,实现跟踪、预警的方法等,最终论文实现了基于GPS应用的数据采集、统计、分析和数据共享,为用户提供统一的交互平台,从而将多行业、多业务不同类型、不同操作流程的GPS相关应用整合到统一平台,统一身份认证、统一数据中心,实现统一信息平台下的多业务数据信息服务平台。经实践验证,基于互联网的GPS定位、跟踪、预警信息管理平台能及时、准确定位,跟踪、预警及轨迹回放,并且如果能切实根据各个行业的特点来应用,他将能大大减少工作量,节约时间,提高工作效率,达到了预期的设计要求。
【Abstract】 With the development of space localization technology, mobile communications technology, computer technology, network technology, GPS (Global Position System) takes one kind of global sharing the information source, by all-weather, high accuracy, automation, high benefit and so on outstanding feature, obtained the widespread application in each fields, has promoted the GPS hand-hold navigation terminal, the GPS navigation software even is GPS mobile telephone, GPS-equipped taxis,Logistics GPS System and so on, but the market responded that has not achieved the expectation effect, is mainly the product operation is too complex, the terminal device expensively, the unification data format standard, the success formalization general network information platform, Single product line and so on many aspect reasons, obviously, studies and constructs the distributional GPS localization, the track, the early warning information service platform, is having the very vital practical significance.Based on above, this article proposes and studies and the design target-oriented exactly develops a set to have the practical application value, has the certainly general ability GPS GPS positioning, tracking, warning information service platform.The paper first to the global localization technology (GPS), the geographic information system technology (GIS), the wireless network technology (GPRS) and so on correlation theories has conducted the research, simultaneously and so on key technologies has carried on the discussion, the analysis and the elaboration visit to the database technology and the network transmission technology, proposed that the practical and feasible system technology route and realizes the method, not only displayed the GPRS packet switching technology to have high speed, real-time, the network coverage area broad characteristic, but also located using GPS real-time and fast with the GIS direct-viewing ground-to-ground principle data track demonstration superiority, has realized to the mobile target real-time locating, the track. Has again, did the paper GPS emphatically data and so on elaborate the system structure principle of design, how to manage the platform design method as well as to gather, realized the track, the early warning method and so on. Ultimately, data collection, statistics, analysis and sharing based on GPS applications are realized which provides a unified interactive platform for client. The multi-industry, multi-service of different types, different operating procedures of the GPS-related applications are integrated into a unified platform, unified authentication, unified data center so that the multi-information service platform for business data under a unified information platform are realized.After the practice confirmation, based on Internet’s GPS positioning, tracking, warning information service platform can prompt, the accurate localization, the track, the early warning and path playbacking, if and can act according to each profession the characteristic to apply earnestly, he will be able to reduce the work load greatly, the save time, raises the working efficiency, has achieved the anticipated design requirements.
