物流配送中心月台功能区规划设计参数确定研究

【摘要】 随着现代物流业的蓬勃发展,物流配送中心成为了连接供应商和客户的重要节点,对物流配送中心进行合理的规划设计才能保证物流配送中心的运作合理化、高效化,以维持供应链的正常运转。而在物流配送中心的规划设计时,必须考虑月台功能区的地位,它是连接仓库外部运输与内部作业的重要环节,所有的进出库活动都必须以月台功能区为载体才能开展。月台功能区的高效与否直接关系到物流配送中心的服务水平高低,因此对月台功能区的规划设计就显得极为重要。论文以月台功能区的规划设计为主线展开,重新定义了月台功能区,分析了月台功能区在物流配送中心中的重要性,揭示了月台功能区目前亟待解决的问题。论文对月台功能区的设施设备配置进行建模:(1)对物流配送中心月台功能区的月台平台进行了分类,为不同的物流配送中心提供不同的月台平台布局与型式,同时对月台平台的高度和面积进行建模。(2)以实际经验为基础,结合建筑学最优理论,确定了物流配送中心月台数量的设计规范;通过分析选择了月台车流量作为月台数量确定的因变量,采用排队论模型对物流配送中心的理论月台开启数量进行建模;(3)在理论研究和模型建立之后,进行实证分析,验证了模型的适用性。本文研究的内容具有现实意义,通过定量分析指导月台功能区的规划设计,所采用的方法具有较大的实用性,所得结论对物流配送中心的规划设计具有指导意义。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of modern logistics industry, logistics distribution center plays a significant role in connecting suppliers and customers. Rational planning and design of logistics distribution center can ensure the rationalization and high efficiency of logistics distribution center operation, and thus maintain the supply chain in normal operation. Efficiency of platform functional area affects logistics distribution center’s service level directly. Therefore, the planning and design of platform functional area becomes very important.This thesis expanded with the planning and design of platform functional area as the main line. It redefined functional areas, then analysed the importance and revealed some urgent problems that platform functional area has at present. The thesis modeled the equipping of facilities and equipment in every functional area of platform functional area. (1)Classified the platform area, provided different logistics distribution center with defferent platform area layout and type, modeled the platform area’s height and acreage. (2)Based on practical experience and the theory of architecture, determined the design guideline of amount computation of platforms; analysed and determined that platform traffic volume is the dependent variable of platform amount computation, modeled the theoretical amount of running platforms using queuing theory model; proposed that the amount of platforms gives clear guidelines on the equipping of load equipment in platform functional area, and established the model. (3)After the theoretical study and modeling, verify the applicability of the model with empirical analysis.The contents of this thesis have practical significance. Directing the planning and design of platform functional area using quantitative analysis, in which motheds that have widely practical applications are used, will reach a conlusion which can provide the planning and design of logistics distribution center with instructiveness.
