【摘要】 随着经济的发展,交通量的增加,我国早期修建的大量高速公路已接近使用年限,这些公路迫切需要进修大修或者改扩建,而交通组织方案方案是保证改扩建是否能够安全顺利进行的必要手段,也是施工方案制定的基础。交通组织方案其中的宏观方案就是交通分流方案。本文本文结合国内外研究现状,提出了施工路段交通交通分流框架,并逐步进行分析研究,对高速公路施工路段交通分流方案原则、交通分流方案制定、等进行了细致的分析和研究。本文通过实际调查和交通仿真相结合还对交通分流方案做出了安全评价和综合评价。最后结合正铜黄(铜川至黄陵)高速公路改造工程就高速公路施工路段的交通分流方案设计和评价给出实证分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 With economic development, traffic volume increases, the early construction of a large number of highways in China is close to life, these highways are the urgent need for major repairs or reconstruction and extension education, and transportation organizations, the Program is to ensure that the possibility of transformation and expansion of the necessary means to secure the smooth progress of is also the basis for the construction program development. Traffic Organization program in which the macro-program is the traffic diversion program. This paper studies the status quo at home and abroad, put forward the construction of road transport traffic diversion framework, and step by step analysis of highway traffic diversion program of the principles of construction of roads, traffic diversion program development, etc. a detailed analysis and research. In this paper, the actual combination of surveys and traffic simulation program was also made for traffic diversion safety assessment and comprehensive evaluation.At last, being Tongchuan-Huangling highway reconstruction project on the section of the highway construction program design and evaluation of traffic diversion are given empirical analysis.更多还原
