建筑物震害预测研究及预测系统构建

【摘要】 城市是一个国家最重要的财富,然而在地震下,城市却显得非常“脆弱”。一旦遭到地震袭击,城市建筑物破坏,造成人员伤亡和巨大的财产损失,还会导致严重的次生灾害,甚至造成严重的社会问题,如果没有预防,后果不堪设想。国务院批准武汉市修编抗震防灾规划,本论文工作为此项目的一个子快。本文通过对武汉市区房屋建筑进行震害程度预测,为编制武汉市区抗震防灾规划提供技术基础。全文主要内容如下:针对武汉市区房屋现状,将房屋建筑分为砌体结构、框架结构、框剪结构、底框结构、内框结构、单层厂房和其它结构,介绍了各种结构类型的单体建筑震害预测简化计算方法。按不同结构类型抽取一定样本,对一般建筑采用简化计算方法进行震害结果预测,对重点建筑采用现有结构分析软件建模计算来进行预测。根据这些计算结果建立样本数据库。根据结构的抗震性能和震害特点,给出影响结构震害结果的主要因素,这些主要因素包括结构形式、场地类别、建设年代、建筑层数和建筑面积,对各影响因子进行量化并根据其敏感度赋予不同的权重,采用模糊类比预测的方法进行群体房屋建筑震害预测。用Access建立单体样本数据库和全市房屋数据库。详细探讨了SQL查询语言的应用、在Visual Basic 6.0下数据库的访问方法和控件的使用,在此基础上开发了数据库信息管理系统,实现数据库的数据维护和房屋震害信息的查询、统计、预测和报表打印等功能。
【Abstract】 Cities are the most important asset of a country, while they are very "fragile" in the earthquake. When an earthquake comes, building damage will not only cause huge property losses and casualties, but also lead to serious secondary disasters, and even bring in social problems. If not prevented, the consequences would be unthinkable. The State Council has given official approval to wuhan to revision the city’s earthquake disaster prevention planning, and the work of this paper is a subset of this project.In this paper, the earthquake damage predicting-database management system will be established. The main works of the thesis are summarized as below:Single building damage prediction: According to the situation of the buildings in Wuhan, structure type is divided into masonry, frame, frame-shear wall, masonry with frame in first story, inner-frame, single-storey factory building and others, and different methods for earthquake damage prediction against different type are introduced. For the important building, finite element analysis is requested.Seismic disaster prediction of group building: On the basis of the anti-seismic properties and damage characteristics, the main factors which impact the anti-seismic capability of structure are given, including the structure type, site type, building age, building height and construction area. Then the impacting factors are quantified and different weights are given to different factors. After that the fuzzy analog method is adopted to predict seismic disaster.Database system: Sample databases and the city’s housing database are established with Microsoft Access 2003. In this paper, the author discusses the application of SQL query language, database access methods and the use of controls in the Visual Basic 6.0. Based on the above jobs, we designed and developed the database management system. With the system, it’s easy to operate the database, including data maintenance, housing damage information inquiry, statistics, forecasts and statement printing.
