【摘要】 近年来,随着信息技术的飞速发展,传统的相互独立的信息系统已不能满足企业的信息化需求。为了更好的支持企业发展越来越多的知名企业建立起自己的信息服务平台。然而,对于中小型物流企业,首先要碰到的问题是如何在有限的经济条件下进行物流信息化的规划、设计和实施。本文以东浩物流为例,通过对东浩物流现状进行分析,设计和实现了作为东浩物流信息化建设核心项目的一个综合信息服务平台。文章详细论述和分析了综合服务平台建设中的项目管理,描述了平台的实施过程,并总结了东浩物流综合信息服务平台项目的研发实施过程中的经验和教训。这些对正在尝试走信息化之路的中小型物流企业具有一定的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, with the rapid development of information technology, the independent traditional information services could not meet the information requirement of the enterprise. For supporting business development, more and more famous companies have built their own information service platform. However, for small and medium logistics enterprises, the key point is how to design and implement the information logistics in the limited economy condition.This paper takes Donghao Logistics for an example. Through the analysis of the current situation of Donghao logistics, we design and implement the comprehensive information service platform,which is the core project of building Donghao logistics information system. The paper gives a detailed analysis of the project management in the comprehensive information service platform, and describes the implementation of the platform. Finally, the paper sums up the experiences and lessons in the project of building Donghao comprehensive information service platform, these proposals shall be the reference to those small and medium logistics enterprises, which are trying to realize the information logistics.更多还原
