透明隔热涂料的制备及其应用

【摘要】 本文研究了制备纳米浆料的润湿剂和分散剂最佳比例和研磨分散时间,以及最终的纳米粒子的平均粒径和粒径分布,获得了符合制备透明隔热涂料要求的纳米浆料。通过引入具有不同功能的纳米浆料,获得了不同光学性能的透明隔热涂料。其中具有温度效应的相变材料——掺杂V02和ATO浆料与水性聚氨酯进行复配制备的透明隔热涂料具有一定的智能隔热功能;通过ATO和透明氧化铁浆料进行复配制成的透明隔热涂料,涂层具有一定的色彩,而且具有很好的阻隔紫外和近红外的性能。采用纳米二氧化钛和纳米ATO异丙醇浆料与有机-无机杂化树脂进行复配,制备出具有优异的紫外和近红外阻隔、高硬度、高耐候的的透明隔热涂料。这些涂料成功地应用于建筑玻璃和汽车玻璃,取得了很好的隔热节能效果。

【Abstract】 The optimized content of wetting agent and dispersion agent, milling time, average nano particle size and its distribution were totally studied. And a nano slurry for the application of transparent and thermal insulation coating was made. The above thermal insulation coatings with different optical performances per involving in a series of slurries. The coating which is a combination of V02,AT0 and water-based PU possessed good transparency, excellent thermal insulation. In addition, the multicolor, insulation to UV and close infrared were also obtained. Nano Ti02,AT0 and hybrided inorganic and organic materials were combined to form a special transparent coating with excellent insulation to UV and close infrared, high hardness, good weather resistance. The above coatings have been successfully applied to glass for architecture and car, helping a lot to thermal insulation and energy saving.
