焊接转向架典型焊接结构疲劳性能与焊接工艺研究

【摘要】 转向架是铁道车辆走行部的关键构件,承担着车体重量和轨道振动带来的循环载荷作用,其抗疲劳性能直接影响到列车的行驶安全。焊接转向架刚度大、焊缝数量多且分布复杂,其中主要承力焊缝大都为T型角焊缝,如构架侧梁立板与盖板之间的焊缝、横梁套管与侧梁立板之间的焊缝、定位座与侧梁盖板之间的焊缝等。通常,角焊缝的疲劳强度远低于相应的对接焊缝的疲劳强度。对于熔透型T字角焊缝来说,疲劳破坏一般启裂于接头的焊趾部位,如果能改善焊趾处的启裂性能,将有效改善焊接接头的疲劳强度,提高焊接转向架运行可靠性和使用寿命。本文以转向架典型的焊接结构为研究对象,采用不同工艺参数对常见转向架焊接接头方式进行了焊接、力学实验、金相分析等集合实验分析研究,从实验方法、焊接工艺参数、焊缝形式的多种组合及不同材料、不同板厚等完成了系列化工艺研究,其研究成果已经成功应用于转向架焊接工艺设计。

【Abstract】 Bogie is the key component of rail vehicle, bearing the body weight and the vibration of the cyclic loading caused by the track, its anti-fatigue properties is a direct impact on the safety of train travel.The welding of bogie is characterized as big stiffness, lots of welds and complex distribution. Among these welds,most of the loads were carried by T-type fillet welds, such as the welds between the frame side plate and the cover board, beams casting and side plate, positioning seat and the side beam cover board etc.Typically, the fatigue strength of fillet much lower than the corresponding fatigue strength of butt welds.In general,the fatigue crack initiation in the weld toe for the penetration-type T-fillet. If we can improve the anti-crack initiation performance on the weld toe, we will improve the fatigue strength of welded joints effectively, and improve the reliability and life of welded bogies.In this paper, the effects of the welding process factors on the bogie’s conventional mechanical properties and fatigue performance were mainly studied, including the purity and ratio of the mixture shield gas, welding materials, welding parameters,weld groove form,weld surface treatment status,as well as the surface shape of the weld. The results will provide the experimental data for the design and manufacture of the bogie welded frame of high-speed passenger car.
