冷热撕型转印离型剂的研制

【摘要】 本篇论文主要研究了冷热撕型离型剂的制备方法及其性能,目的是把它用到转印膜中起缓冲PET薄膜和印刷层附着力的作用即离型作用,并能保护彩色油墨,降低紫外线的辐射强度,减少空气中不利因素对油墨的侵袭,延长油墨试用期。离型剂分为冷撕型和热撕型,即在常温下进行转移印刷和在加热情况下进行转移印刷,本文所研制的冷热撕型离型剂是既能冷撕又能热撕的两用离型剂。本文通过对冷热撕型离型剂的力学原理进行分析,常用的聚氨酯热熔胶的粘结力的分析,离型剂和PET薄膜粘结力的分析,充分说明了冷热撕型离型剂的理论基础的可行性。本文还通过对离型剂中各物质性能的分析,通过正交试验,讨论离型剂中各物质的用量等,最终确定了离型剂的配方,新配方离型剂和原有离型剂通过对贮存稳定性、涂膜固化性、各项涂膜性能的比较,最终得到具有优良离型性能、稳定性和固化性的离型剂最佳组分和配比。通过对离型剂固含量的表征、粘度、表面张力、涂膜厚度、涂膜固化性、涂膜耐水性、涂膜耐盐水性、涂膜耐候性、涂膜耐磨性、涂膜光泽度的测定,充分说明了本文制的离型剂性能的优良。本文还对影响离型剂性能的各项因素进行分析,做出试验,并对出现的各种情况进行了解释,在微观上说明了离型剂能够冷撕和热撕的原因,证明了本文所研制的离型剂能够满足在常温下和加热时的转印膜的印刷要求。研究成果表明:以PMMA作为成膜物质溶于甲苯和乙酸乙酯,加入聚氨酯,纳米Si02为离型物质,再添加表面活性剂制得的离型剂,其涂膜具有很好的透明性、光泽度和耐磨性、贮存稳定性,涂膜固化性好,涂膜的剥离强度小,离型完整。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the preparation method of release agent and its capability are studied. This kind of release agent will be used in transfer film, which can buffer cling strength between PET film and printing layer. The release film can protect color ink, reduce ultraviolet intensity, decrease attack from bad factor in air, extend using time of ink.Release agent has two types, one is cold transfer process and the other is heat transfer process. This paper studied on a new type of release agent-heat &cold transfer process release agent. We studied and analyzed on the mechanics theory of this new release agent, the binding strength of PU hot-melt Adhesive and PET film, proved the theory of heat &cold release transfer process release agent is feasible. This paper also analyzed the properties of this release agent,by constituting orthogonal test, the stockpile stability of release agent, coating film solidify, peeling intensity and release percentage are discussed, so a kind of release agent with excellent release capability, stability and solidify is find, and the optimal component and proportion of release agent was confirmed.By testing solid content, viscosity, the force on surface, coating thickness, coating film solidify, the water-resistance of coating film, weather-resistance of coating film, brine-resistance of coating film, attrition-resistance of coating film and luster degree of coating film, strongly proved the new type release agent has excellent performance.In this paper, we analyzed many factors of infecting release agent’s properties, by testing, explained many phenomena in our test, and showed the reasons which make release agent could have good release capability in normal temperature and high temperature, proved the release agent that prepared by this study could satisfy the printing need whatever in normal temperature or high temperature.It indicate:The release agent prepared with PMMA as coating matter which dissolves in toluene,nano-SiO2 as release matter and surface active and PU, its coating film has excellent transparent capability,luster degree and attrition-resistant, the stockpile stability of release agent and coating film solidify are well, the peeling intensity and release percentage are all little.
