四方物流应急监控系统关键技术的研究与实现

【摘要】 物流业作为我国基础性服务行业的重要组成部分,与社会生产生活息息相关。近年来,自然灾害、疾病疫情等突发事故的频繁发生,给我国的物流业造成了严重的影响,原有的物流系统无法在响应时间和运输质量上满足应急物流的需求。如何在现有的物流信息管理系统上,构建实时监控、快速响应的应急物流监控系统成为亟待解决的问题。针对实际工程的需要,本文提出了基于GPS/GPRS的四方物流应急监控系统解决方案。服务器端的监控系统作为系统数据的中转站,接收并处理来自车载终端、数据库、预警子系统、应急处理子系统的数据信息;系统的数据库,采用结构化的数据库表与半结构化的XML数据模型相结合的方式,增强了数据库的可扩展性;车载终端使用GPS模块采集车辆的实时定位信息,使用人工手动输入的方式收集路况及报警信息,使用GPRS模块通过PPP协议接入Internet,与服务器端进行通信;数据通信协议完全符合W3C的XML 1.0推荐标准,车载端与服务器端的交互信息均按照数据通信协议的规定封装在XML文件中,系统只需要解析XML文件,从中提取出所需数据信息,极大地减轻了系统处理各类数据的工作量,提高了系统的运行效率。车载终端人机交互界面的设计,增强了车载终端的可操作性的同时,保证了报警信息、预警信息能够在第一时间到达服务器端和车载终端。该系统的研究不仅实现了物流车辆监控系统的基本功能,而且对于突发事故提供了及时有效的预警信息和应急措施。随着系统的进一步完善,必将大大降低物流运输的成本,提高运输效率,产生良好的经济效益和社会效益。

【Abstract】 As the basis of the service sector, logistics industry plays an important part of daily lives and social production. In recent years, natural disasters, epidemic diseases have occurred frequently, which made a great impact on the logistics industry. In this situation, the existing logistics system could not respond rapidly and the quality of the transport could not meet the needs of the emergency logistics. With the basis of the existing logistics information management system, how to implement a real-time monitoring system, which has rapid response to emergency logistics, has become the new significant problem to be resolved.To the practical demands of project, a solution on the fourth party logistics emergency monitoring system based on GPS/GPRS has been proposed in this paper. The monitoring system is working as a transit point for data, which receives and processes data from other sub-systems such as terminals, data base, early warning system, and emergency processing system. Database system combines the database tables and the semi-structured XML data model, in order to enhance the scalability of the database. The terminal collects real-time location information from the GPS module, collects information about traffic and alarm though manual input, and then uses the GPRS module to connect to the internet by PPP protocol. Data communication protocol is designed according to the XML 1.0 standard which is recommended by W3C. The interactive data transferred between terminals and server has been encapsulated by the protocol. Instead of processing various kinds of data, the system reads and extracts available information from the XML data files, which could improve the efficiency of the system. Human-computer interaction designed for the terminals, not only enhances the maneuverability, but also ensures information such as alarm, early warning to arrive at the first time.The studies not only boost up the function of logistics vehicle monitoring system, but also supports to the emergency logistics. Along with system gradually consummation, it will greatly reduce logistics transport cost, improve the efficiency, and produce the fine economic and social benefits.
