低敏感度全集成有源滤波器设计研究

【摘要】 近年来,随着片上系统、集成电路技术和通信技术的发展,全集成有源滤波器的设计不但已经成为电路与系统领域的研究热点,而且也深受国际学者的广泛关注。本文在全面归纳总结国内外全集成有源滤波器的研究现状和发展动态的基础上,从网络综合理论出发,较系统地研究了基于信号流图模拟法的低敏感度全集成有源滤波器设计技术。首先,介绍了应用于有源滤波器中的全差分运算放大器的基本模块和特点,通过HSpice Z-2007.03软件创建了适用于电路仿真的全差分运算放大器电路,为验证后文所设计的全集成有源滤波电路的正确性创造了必要条件。其次,利用双端接载的无源LC梯形滤波电路具有响应对元件变化灵敏度低的优点,将其作为原型滤波器,详细地推导了四阶Butterworth低通滤波器、四阶Chebyshev高通滤波器的信号流图,并实现了相应的基于反相积分器的有源RC滤波器和全差分有源RC滤波器。最后,通过相应的设计实例和仿真结果,不但具体说明了基于信号流图技术的滤波器设计方法,而且还表明了该设计方法的有效性和实用性。本文的创新之处在于利用信号流图技术实现了基于全差分加法器和全差分积分器的全差分有源RC低通滤波器和全差分有源RC高通滤波器的设计。

【Abstract】 With the development of the technologies of system on chip and the integrated circuits as well as telecommunications, the design of full-integrated active filters has been paid great attention in recent years.In this dissertation, the researches and development trends of the full-integrated active filters are systematically reviewed. The design technology of low sensitivity full-integrated active filters that based on the theory of network synthesis and signal flow graph is deeply studied.First, the basic modules and characteristics of full-differential operational amplifier are introduced. And the circuit simulation of the fully differential op-amp in the active filters is created through HSpice Z-2007.03 software. This essential step is required for verifying the correctness of full-integrated active filters which are designed in the dissertation.Second, based on the doubly terminated LC ladder prototype, whose magnitude response is extraordinarily insensitive to perturbations of the LC elements and to the terminating resistances, the detailed signal flow graphs of forth-order Butterworth lowpass filter and forth-order Chebyshev highpass filter are derived respectively, the corresponding active RC filters based on inverting integrator and full-differential active RC filters are realized.Finally, the design examples and simulated results are given, which not only show the processes of the design of full-integrated active filters that based on signal flow graph, but also verify the validity and correctness of the given method. At the same time, in order to improve the dynamic range of full-integrated active filters, the method that scaling the output voltage of integrators in the circuits is used.The innovation points of this thesis include the realization of full-differential active RC highpass and lowpass filters that based on signal flow graph and the method of scaling the output voltage of integrators in the circuits.
