【摘要】 学生管理工作是高校工作的重点,它直接影响着高校其它工作能否顺利展开,甚至影响到社会的稳定。学生管理工作是约束学生行为规范的规则系统,学生管理制度模式的发展和创新,直接影响制度的质量和执行。我国经济社会的发展和高校的改革,给学生管理工作带来一定的挑战。学生的思想观念千变万化,各种问题层出不穷,实现高校学生管理工作的科学化已成为各界关注的热点。本文结合当代大学生的特点,分析目前学生管理中的弊端,提出学校以学生为本的设想,通过学校教育、管理、服务平台的构筑,借助信息建设来解决新形势下学生工作中存在的矛盾与冲突,改进并建立学生管理工作模式,实现学校与学生的互动、和谐发展。本文研究也涉及到高校学生管理工作队伍建设和大学生辅导员的加强和改进。加强和改进大学生思想政治教育是一项系统工程,在学生管理工作中占重要地位,要在教育理念、德育创新、课程改革、队伍建设等方面全面推进学生管理工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 College Student Work management is the focus of work, which directly affects the other work could proceed smoothly in colleges and universities, and even affect social stability. Student Work management is the restraint system of rules of conduct of students, student management system, model of development and innovation of the system directly affect the quality and implementation. China’s economic and social development and the reform of colleges and universities, the students brought work management challenges. The ever-changing ideas of students, all kinds of issues are emerging continuously to achieve the scientific management of university students has become a focus of attention of all walks of life.In this paper, the characteristics of contemporary college students to analyze the shortcomings of the current student management, drawing on humanistic theory, put forward the idea of student-centered schools, through school education, management and service platform construction, the use of information to address the new situation, the building of Student exist in the work of the contradictions and conflicts and the establishment of student work to improve management model to achieve the school and students interact and develop in harmony.This study also involves the management ranks of college students and university counselors to strengthen and improve ideological and political education of the urgent needs. To strengthen and improve ideological and political education is a systematic project, to educational philosophy, moral innovation, curriculum reform, comprehensively promote the strengthening of the ranks.更多还原
