轴流压气机湿压缩流场数值模拟

【摘要】 随着燃气轮机在许多领域都得到了广泛的应用,如何提高燃气轮机性能已经成为动力领域的重要研究课题。湿压缩技术是在压气机进口或在压缩过程中向被压缩气体喷入液体,利用液体的汽化吸热,来减小压缩功,增大输出功,以此达到改善燃气轮机性能的目的,因其有效而又经济、简便的特点,备受各国研究者的关注。轴流压气机内部的湿压缩过程十分复杂,其复杂性主要在于液滴的运动状态和蒸发情况及对压气机性能的影响和两相流的分析。本文借助流体计算软件,运用数值模拟的方法对轴流压气机湿压缩流场进行研究。根据热力学相关知识,阐述了湿压缩的耗功分析、湿压缩增加循环功的机理,并对湿压缩过程中的损失情况进行了简要分析。在对湿压缩过程传热传质分析的基础上,针对不同喷水量,不同液滴直径,不同液滴温度等条件,利用Fluent流体计算软件,对轴流压气机湿压缩过程进行了单级计算。通过对计算结果的分析,表明湿压缩技术能够提升压气机的压比和效率,得到了湿压缩对压气机主要物理参数的影响规律,并分析了湿压缩对压气机内部流场的影响,为今后研究轴流压气机的湿压缩性能提供了理论指导。
【Abstract】 With the gas turbine being widely used in many fields, how to improve the performance of gas turbine power has become an important research topic. Wet compression technology is injecting liquid to the compressed gas in the compressor inlet or in the compression process, the use of liquid absorbs heat of vaporization, then reduces the compression power and increases output power, thereby achieve the purpose of improving the gas turbine performance. Because of its effective and economic, convenient feature, wet compression has been the concern of researchers.Axial flow compressor internal wet compression is very complex. Its complexity lies mainly in the state of droplets and evaporation of the exercise, performance of the compressor and two-phase flow analysis. In this paper, the research of axial flow compressor wet compression is done by using fluid calculation software and numerical simulation.In accordance with the relevant knowledge of thermodynamics, the wet compression reactive consumption analysis and wet compression to increase circulation reactive mechanism are explained, and wetland loss in the compression process is carried out by a brief analysis. On the basis of the analysis for heat and mass transfer, single-stage of axial flow compressor wet compression process is calculated by using calculation software Fluent, aiming at s different water injection, different droplet diameter, droplet temperature, different conditions.The results of the analysis show that the wet compression technology can enhance the compressor’s pressure ratio and efficiency. The impacted law of main physical parameters to wet compression has been obtained. And internal flow field analysis of wet compression to compressor effects has been studied, which can provide a theoretical guidance for axial flow compressor future research.
