【摘要】 近年来,全世界自然灾害频繁发生,造成的人员伤亡和经济损失持续上升,预防和减轻自然灾害成为了21世纪最重要、最迫切的全球性问题之一。云南是典型的山区省份,是自然灾害的高发区,防灾减灾工作尤显重要。对于自然灾害,往往采取灾前预防和灾后救助与重建两种策略,而以预防为主显得特别重要。目前,国际上对待灾害的态度,是以可持续发展理论为指导,通过环境教育与防灾减灾教育,提高人们对自然环境和灾害的认识并培养防火减灾的技能,有效提高人们的防灾与抗灾力,从而减少自然灾害所造成的损失。而教育需要相应的教材与读物来支持,开展防灾减灾教材与读物的开发具有重要意义。本文采用文献分析、问卷调查、实地访谈、专家咨询等方法,通过理论分析与案例研究,初步探讨了中学生防灾减灾教材开发研究的基本问题,主要内容与结果如下:(1)通过查阅和收集大量的文献、资料,分析了国内外防灾减灾教材开发的现状,不仅了解防灾减灾教材开发的现状,同时为开发中学生防灾减灾教材提供参考;(2)从多学科角度分析和挖掘了中学生防灾减灾教材开发的理论支撑。论文分别从教育学、心理学,灾害学,地理学、教材开发几个学科,挖掘防灾减灾教材开发的理论基础。为开发中学生防灾减灾教材提供理论指导和科学依据:(3)在分析了目前教材开发的常用模式的基础上,探讨了适合中学生防灾减灾教材开发的模式和方法;(4)选取了云南省灾害多发区——保山隆阳区开展防灾减灾教材的开发研究,开发出2册防灾减灾教材,并通过开展中学师生防灾减灾教材培训活动,开发出符合实际需求的,师生喜爱、适用的防灾减灾教材,推广教材。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the recently social progress, the natural disaster has become strictness problem with these problems like population expanded; resource short, environment deteriorated together threatened the human-being life. It is a great intimidate to humankind production and life as the natural disaster and the disaster which the human-being introduced increase.Disasters have become our great obstacle in social progress and economy development. So it is very necessary to study how to prevent and reduce the disaster. The disaster education has influence great attention, it is very important to improve the prevent disaster awareness, so we need to take education. Our civilization disaster awareness is very dim, and it has less education about this. Some study indicate, they many people have less route to know the disaster information, and they know a little kind of disaster. The education of the education about this area is very lack. Many middle school students need this knowledge and information about disaster. But there are no curriculums involved this aspect knowledge except there is a little information involved in geography. So it is very necessary to develop a curriculum for students.This paper adopts some research methods such as analyses for documents, questionnaire survey, and interview; ask for professor and so on.(1)Analyses the present situation about the developing the curriculum in disaster prevention and reduction.(2)Analyses the theories of the developing the curriculum in disaster prevention and reduction from all kinds of science include education, psychology, Disasters, the developing curriculum.(3)By checking many documents to analyses the pattern of developing the curriculum, then develop the way for developing the curriculum in disaster prevention and reduction.(4)To developing the curriculum for middle school students in BaoShan county of YunNan province apply the theories which we found.(5)By apply this theories and pattern of developing curriculum; I hope more professors and scientists attach weight to developing the curriculum.更多还原
