基于产业集群理论视角的贵州产业结构优化研究

【摘要】 产业集群能够给集群内的企业带来外部规模经济,整合资源,降低交易费用,加剧企业之间的有效竞争刺激企业的创新和吸引新企业的进入等。可以说,产业集群是提升我国区域产业结构优化升级、经济发展模式和竞争势的主要来源。因此,基于产业集群理论视角研究贵州产业结构优化有其重要意义。论文理论部分分析产业集群与区域产业结构调整关系。在借鉴有关产业集群和产业结构的理论的基础上,对产业集群的形成机制、产业集群的效应、产业集群对产业结构优化的促进作用以及机理进行了分析,得出了发展产业集群是促进区域产业结构优化的有效途径。以上述为理论基础,首先,对贵州的产业结构进行深入分析,分析了贵州产业演进特征,同时,分别对三次产业内部结构进行分析,得出：农业内部的畜牧业、林业等粗加工,工业主要以资源为依托、以原材料生产和粗加工为主,产业链短,服务业内生产性服务业发展滞后。从企业的所有制和企业的规模来看,主要以国有和国有控股为主的分散的数量众多的关联效应和规模效应较小的企业组成。总体上表现为为产业之间的关联效应较小。因此,从某种意义上说,贵州产业结构存在的问题主要是由于产业集群效应不足引起。其次,对贵州产业集群进行分析,得出贵州没有真正形成产业集群,从产业集群理论的视角得出贵州产业结构不合理。最后,从产业集群理论的视角定量定性的确定了贵州主导产业集群,并从产业的空间布局作了深入分析,得出贵州发展产业集群的空间布局,并给出了政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Recently, Afer the reform and opening,China’s industrial clusters are emerging, currently,mainly concentrated in the coastal areas. The competitive advantage of industrial clusters Obviously, it will give the group of enterprises external economies of scale, lower transaction costs, exacerbated by the effective competition between enterprises to stimulate business innovation and to attract new businesses to enter and so on. It can be said that industrial clusters in China’s regional economic growth and a major source of potential competition.The dissertation research centers on industrial cluster’s promotion for industry structure and how to adjust it. Combining the industry cluster and industry structure theories,the dissertation analyzes the industrial cluster forming mechanism,effect and the promotion for industry structure.we conclude:industrial cluster is an effective way for industry structure adjustment.In these analysis based on above, deep analysis on Guizhou’s the industrial structure and industry clusters. Since tenth five-year planthree-industry structure became coordinated development gradually. However, the industrial structure of Guizhou’s problems is increasingly exposed. At the same time, the Guizhou’s industrial cluster has not really taken shape, to promote the role of industrial structure has yet to be further strengthened.Afer being finish analy Guizhou’s industrial structure and industrial clusters, we determine the leading industries by using the industrial cluster theory. finaly we obtain Guizhou’s industrial distribution, and gives the policy.更多还原
