泰山旅游景区星级饭店人力资源管理研究

【摘要】 随着我国饭店业竞争的日益加剧,饭店人力资源管理面临着前所未有的人才危机,这种现象在经济欠发达地区的饭店业显得尤为突出。本研究选择了山东省泰安市泰山旅游景区星级饭店作为研究对象,通过深入全面的调查,剖析现象,寻求根源,并试图找出相应对策以期完善旅游星级饭店人力资源管理。本文简要回顾了饭店人力资源管理的发展历程,分析了饭店人力资源管理体系的现状。在实证研究中,采用问卷调查以及与饭店员工、组织的访谈,从饭店的人力资源结构、员工流动、招聘模式、薪酬体系、绩效考核、员工培训、员工激励、企业文化、员工满意度等视角,对泰山旅游景区星级饭店的人力资源管理体系进行了全方位的调查,通过现状分析指出了饭店在人力资源管理中存在的主要问题及原因。针对以上问题,采取理论与实践相结合的方法,从理念与措施两个层面对泰山旅游景区的星级饭店人力资源管理体系进行了研究,即转变人力资源管理观念,完善人力资源各项管理职能,引入员工职业生涯规划,重视和培养员工良好的心理契约,实现企业与组织的双赢。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the exasperation of competition among hospitality enterprises, human resource management is now faced with talent perplexity, especially in underdeveloped areas. Thus, the star-hotel human resources management of the tourist scenic zone of Mountain Tai, in Taian, Shandong province is chosen to be studied. Through a profound and overall investigation, the author endeavors to seek some countermeasures in the study to improve the tourism star-hotel human resources management in Taian.This dissertation reviews the history of hotel resource managing. On the basis of questionnaire and interviews with the administrative personnel and staff of hotels, a thorough investigation to the star-hotels resource management of the tourist scenic zone of Mountain Tai is done from the aspects of human resource structure, staff turnover, recruitment, remuneration, performance, training, incentive, employee satisfaction degree and corporate culture. Furthermore, through an analysis of the present situation of the human resource management, the main problems are pointed out. With the combination of theories and practices,the author has done some research on the hotel human resource management system from the perspective of concepts and measures such as transforming the ideas , bettering the functions of human resource management, adopting career planning, attention and cultivate a good psychological contract of staff and the win-win management.更多还原
