石化MES培训系统设计与培训测评系统开发
Design of Petrochemical MES Training System and Development of Training Evaluation System

【摘要】 石油化工行业制造执行系统(MES)具有业务规模大、操作复杂、管理难度大等特点,在石化企业的广泛应用对MES操作管理人员的业务素质和技能提出了很高的要求。随着石化企业综合自动化水平的提高,仿真培训成为岗位操作培训不可或缺的重要手段,研究和开发石化MES操作培训系统具有很大的应用价值。本文在综述国内外石化仿真培训的研究发展概况后,对石化企业MES培训的培训体系、系统构建、教案设计和培训测评等进行了研究,主要内容如下:1.通过比较传统培训方式的优劣以及其他领域先进培训方式对石化MES培训的可借鉴性、分析石化MES的业务流程和需求,设计了一套理论与实践相联系、操作技能与管理分析并重、集培训与研究于一体的石化MES培训体系。2.围绕石化MES装置校正、调度平衡和统计平衡的分层物料平衡策略相关岗位的业务要求和培训需求,以石化MES软件系统工厂业务模型为载体,以生产调度仿真平台为依托,设计了石化企业MES培训系统的架构及实现方法。3.通过模拟工厂生产测量数据的不平衡性,为装置校正、调度平衡和统计平衡三大业务岗位培训设计了三个不同难度梯次的培训教案,并实现了培训教案的可配置。4.根据石化MES装置校正、调度平衡和统计平衡三大业务岗位的培训需求,分别设计了各岗位的培训测评指标,提出了分岗位分难度梯次的培训测评标准,并完成了石化MES培训测评系统的软件实现。5.石化MES培训系统经过50多人次的培训,性能达到设计要求,显示了所研制的MES培训系统的工程可用性。最后在总结全文的基础上,指出了石化MES仿真培训在未来有待深入研究的若干个问题。
【Abstract】 Large process size, complex operation and difficult management, are features for Manufacturing Executive System (MES) in petrochemical industry. The requirements for operators’ quality and skills become very high because of widely application of MES in petrochemical enterprises. With the development of Computer Integrated Process Control System (CIPS), simulation training has become important essential method, so research and development of MES training system has deep engineering application value. After a survey of major issues in simulation training, problems on training content, system structure, training course design and training evaluation for MES training in petrochemical industry are discussed and developed. The main contributions in this dissertation are listed as follows:1) Through comparing advantages and disadvantages of traditional training methods, analyzing reference of advanced training method in other fields, according to process flow and demand of petrochemical MES, a systematic MES training content is proposed. It combines theory with practice, pays attention to both operation skill and analysis, and integrates research to training.2) According to process requirements and training demands of unit rectification, scheduling balance and accounting balance modules which are related to layer material balance strategy in petrochemical MES, a training system for petrochemical MES is designed and implemented, which is based on MES software system in petrochemical industry, depends on production scheduling simulation platform, and combines training evaluation system.3) By simulating unbalancedness of measurements, a series of training courses is designed for unit rectification, scheduling balance and accounting balance positions’ training, which can be classified to three levels of difficulty index, and the training courses are configurable.4) According to training demands of unit rectification, scheduling balance and accounting balance positions, the training evaluation indexes are designed for each position in petrochemical MES, training evaluation standard is also proposed for different position and difficulty index training, and the software implementation of training evaluation system for petrochemical MES is completed.5) Through more than 50 person-times’ training, the performance of petrochemical MES training system meets design requirements. It indicates engineering usability of the MES training system.Finally, the paper is concluded with a summary and prospect of future petrochemical MES training researches.
